Club Group Of Hotels — not initiating my refund from last 2 years

I am following up from last 2 years regarding my refund. 3 months back i got confirmation email from mountain club that your refund is in process and somebody from mountain club will contact you soon but its been 3 months and nobody contacted me and i am left with no other option and writing down here. Next step is to go to consumer from with the emails. I thought somebody will contact me but no one has courtesy to even reply on emails. i want my hard earned money back at any cost. when you are not giving any services and processed refund then what is the problem in transferring the same to my account ?? crm, delhiccd, timeshare ..all email ID;s were copied in all emails but no one is responding. just want to keep my money.
