[Resolved] Club Jiva — cheating

Submit a complaint I have received a voucher from club jiva in matheran. A person came to me and said its a scratch coupon where i can get the gift after attending seminar for 60 min. We have wasted time there for 1 hour and finally got a voucher for 6n 7d stay one, they said i can use it anytime in the year. I have called club jiva and they are telling that this cant be used in dec but can only be done in jan - march actually i clearly read it and there is no t&c as such clearly. Also the customer service team is really worst. My call kept on disconnecting and kept on hold for so long while i was in the mid of the call without any intimation.
