During our trip to goa, there was a guy called mohan from club jiva who approached us while walking on the calangute main road. He mentioned that club jiva is celebrating 5th year anniversary and he gave us an invitation card which has scratch to win options. He told us to meet him in nagoa grande resort & spa in goa, spend 1 hour of celebration which also includes their property advertisement and marketing.
Next day we visited nagoa grande resort along with my brother, sister in law and our 2 kids. We waited for more than 30 min without any attention. They took all our details after 45 min. My son started feeling hungry and we wanted to feed him with some snacks available in the same restaurant but we were not allowed to go out. My husband and i decided to sit with their lady executive and asked my brother to take my son to a restaurant still they dint allow. They didn’t have curtsy towards my son and started behaving very very rude. We walked off the room with very bad experience.
We would like to have a compensation for the time we wasted in their place and the rude behavior of the staffs which hurt us a lot. Was this information helpful? |
