Dear team,
I have enrolled in your 5 years of membership plan dated 27/03/2018. I have also received call from your company side dated 04/04/2018. Till date i have not received any hard kit or any support call from your side.
Right now i am not able to continue this membership due to my worst financial situation as well as huge medical emergency. I have also tried to call on call centre but they told me that refund is not possible while i have utilised 3 night from your side you can deduct this money from refund amount and kindly cancel my membership and refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i need to take support from consumer court.
