This is in regard to my booking request for gangtok and darjeeling. I have placed a request 2 months prior. And for the month of june and july. Earlier they told that i have to pay 1500 utility charges per night. While signing contract no such thing was mentioned. I still agreed as they were claiming that rooms are available on the desired location. But after everything today they have mailed me that there are no rooms available in darjeeling on my desired dates. As my guest has already done his travel bookings and now they are telling that the rooms are only available after 5 july while my request was from 24 june onwards. This is utter fraudulent behaviour sown by club jiva. Because of their this behaviour i have not been able to use even a single night till now just one in delhi that too after lots of request. And they were showing as if they are doing some favour to me. I am really feeling cheated. And this time if i dont get any any roo. I am very sure i ll take entire team of club jiva to court. Including pritha, kalpana and all members whose name i know.
They have looted me i ll make them pay for it.
