[Resolved] Club Jiva — voucher usage

I have received a voucher from club jiva in goa. A person came to me and said its a scratch coupon where i can get the gift after attending seminar for 60 min. We have wasted time there for 1 hour and finally got a voucher for 6n 7d stay one, they said i can use it anytime in the year.
I have called club jiva and they are telling that this cant be used in dec but can only be done in jan - march actually i clearly read it and there is no t&c as such clearly.
Also the customer service team is really worst. My call kept on disconnecting and kept on hold for so long while i was in the mid of the call without any intimation. People used to disconnect the call while i was speaking.
In the beginning a person said there is a charge of 1k/day which is refunded back. But another one said 500/day which cant be refunded back.
Mentioning wrong infor and cheating customers, wasting time is the best things club jiva can do.
I recommend no one to approach this and waste there time.
