I am writing to file a formal complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays And Resorts India Limited for providing false and misleading information that led me to purchase their Go Zest Classic membership under fraudulent pretenses. Below are the details of my membership:

Total Amount Paid: INR 120, 693/-
Down Payment: INR 31, 125 + INR 7, 464
EMI Plan: 12 months

Summary of the Complaint:
I purchased the Club Mahindra Go Zest Classic membership based on the promises and information provided by their sales representatives. However, after thorough investigation, I have discovered that the information given to me was false and misleading. Consequently, I was misled into purchasing this membership.

I have not utilized any services, points, or facilities associated with this membership. Given these circumstances, I requested a full refund of all amounts paid to date. Despite my formal request and follow-up with Club Mahindra, my request for a refund has been denied.
