Sir,
My cmc hospital no. 549213c. I booked 2 nos. Appointment on[protected] for visiting dt. 04-09-17 & 07-09-17 but due to cancellation of rail communication for flood i have change my appointment date to 14 & 18 sept, 2017. But again due to cancellation of rail communication i am trying to change my appointment date to 30-10-17 & 02-11-17 instead of 14 & 18 sep, 2017. But sir the online system is not allowing me to do so.
Please help me to change my appointment date as i desire. Cancellation trains pnr no.[protected] dt. Of journey was 12-09-17

This is Md. Golger Hossain from Bangladesh. My CMC hospital no 00156711. My appointment schedule is on[protected]. but i couldn't manage any railway ticket from kalkata to vellore on desire date. Now i have provided railway ticket on[protected]. i will present at vellore on 12-10-17 night. Due to this reason, i want to change my appointment date. I would like to choose my appointment date on[protected]. It will better for me.
