Notice regarding separation charges

I vacated Medford property last year. Soon after vacating I have got a mail saying that I have some pending dues to be paid and on failing to do so I might be called for legal proceedings. So I checked the documents and paid my dues related to separation charges. Now after many months I have got a mail again asking to pay the same separation charges....

    I joined colive ruby (Gowlidoddi) last year. Firstly, they provided the room in which ac wasn’t working, then there were bed bugs in the room. After alot of insisting, they finally changed my room after 3 days. The next room was very old. The handles were broken, etc. So I decided to move somewhere else.       Extra lockin period money

      Complain is about Colive appartment they haven't provide any facility in their apartment. Which they provide confirmation in the mail

      Flush is not working, water doesn't comes properly
      Seepage issue is there, shower doesn't work

      Baseless legal notice - Property manager scam

      When I initially checked in, I had discussed with the then-property manager, Tapas Kumar, regarding the absence of pillows and TV, both of which were never resolved.

      I would like to raise a concern over the security deposit issues. I exited the property as of Jan 31st, 2024 but as of now i haven't received any refunds. I keep on opening the tickets but no one responds on what the status is. I want my voice to be raised and not only me many others who are staying in Colive or have Colive are facing issues.       Extorting money my blackmailing

      I checked out from my PG in Jan. And my Property manager told me that if I don't serve the notice my security deposit will be forfeited As is the case with Every pg. But from the past 1 week they are trying to build Mumbai. By sending me extortion emails to pay 10896 Extra as a random separation charges or else they will file a Nauseath against me with which I have to pay 50000 extra fine, And my credit score will also get impacted....
