Complaint against Auto Rikshawala — Auto rikshawala compaints at kandivali east mumbai

In kandivali east, all shared rikshawala, get ride on rules and regulations and all police men's and traffic police men does not take any action on it, shared rikshawal doing following thing to harries the people

1)refuse healthy people to set, because they site four people on back, and with healthy people they cant take four on back

2)they take 6 to 7 people in one risha

3)fare of riksha also unfair, because rishawala goes to station at rs.14 and half of the station road they takes rs 10, so all rishwala does not go directly to stations, first they go half of the destination and take Rs.10 from every one, then they takes, different passenger to stations and get another 10 rs,

And all above bad thing happening in kandivli east area which is posh area in Mumbai, all authorities police nothing doing there
they just stand on road and catch the two wheeler police just ignore all rikshawala above things

People are just fed up with all above thing i request to concern people to take some needful action and help us
