Complaint against Auto Rikshawala — Charges are to high for a very small distance

Address: regency Sarvam complex titwala east

I stay in titwala from the regency complex. to titwala station the distance is hardly 2 min by auto but auto rickshaw charges 40 Rs as they want 4 seats in one trip but because of delay people go alone and Rachow charge 40 Rs

we need proper Rickshaw stand with authorize organization. And rate card provided. run by meter. please in titwala rickshaw Wala is such a mess please do something for this.
