Subject-Not proper bill rate and calculation and bill not received timely Dear Sir, According regular followup with DGVCL Unn-Surat department against my bill rate and calculation and timely bill dispatch but not received proper solution by department. Last time meter testing do not proper. As per last bill amount is very big so problem me for payment in one time. I am harassment for the same.
