Abhibus.com — Bus Ticket Cancellation

Hi,
This is chandra sekhar from hyderabad. On 5th Apr, 2013, I booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to eluru on the website: http://abhibus.com/.

Bus reporting time is at 9:05PM, When I was trying to cancel the ticket at 5:20, It did not allow me to cancel. Immediately, I called abhibus customer care, they are claiming that ticket can be cancelled only 3 hours before to bus starting time which is 8:15PM.

This is cheating the passengers. What passengers usually think when you say 3 hours before cancellation allowed? I thought it is departure time. Im unnecessarily loosing 750 Rs. When I tried to lodge complaint on http://abhibus.com/contact, 'Send' button was not working. If it not working, how people can send their complaints to abhibus?

Bus Operator is : Sai Anjana Travels
While all other bus operators allows passengers to cancel tickets before one hour of journey, Sai Anjana Travels allowing passengers to cancel tickets only before 3 hours. Since 5th April was friday, there was lot of rush for the bus tickets. Im sure they sold that ticket to others.

READERS PLEASE BEAWARE- ABHIBUS IS A FRAUD BUS SERVICE, WORST SUPPORT AND FAULTY SYSTEMS

I am the first time user. I booked a ticket but I didn't receive the confirmation of the ticket where as money is deducted from my account.
I called a number,[protected]. A Lady Picked the call. I explained the situation and she said that their booking department will be in touch with me in 15 minutes. Her conversation was very pathetic. I asked about what my seat number. will I get the same number that I booked. She was telling me that we will make it if it's available. When I said I am not happy, she was telling that I can cancel the ticket which is not at all fair. I don't have further conversation as I really need it badly but I understood the intention behind this. In Normal situation, I would have been cancelled the ticket and could go for Legal. Now also I will go for it. I didn't receive the call till half an hour since she promised. I called again. A person called Ravi picked it, he was arrogant . He was telling me that I might be wrong. STUPID and UTTER NONSENSE.
What I understand from this situation is:
Their system is totally faulty.
There is very remote chance of getting the money back.
When they have system issue, they don't know how they have to reciprocate.
They can bluff to any extant because they are BIG Liar"S. FRAUDS, UNETHICAL CHEATS.

I have booked a ticket but I didn't receive the confirmation of the ticket but they took money from my account.
I have called a number,[protected].Some one picked the call. I explained the situation and they said that their booking department will call you with in 40 minutes, i didn't get any call from them, once again i have called them they told me the same as they said before.atleast 10 times i called them but they were telling the same, FINALLY YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK, Another interesting thing they are charging for their USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 rupee 20 paise per minute, you have to wait 3 minutes or more to wait in queue before they pick the call
abhi bus has worst service even their customer care executive don't pick the call..plz don't book tickets from abhi bus...

i have booked ticket from bangalore to chennai in seabird tourists.
last minute bus has cancelled. How can i get refund the ticket amount.
Abhi bus has worst service... I book ticket from thirupati to bangalore .But in last minute the ticket is cancelled .Till now money is also not refund...Waste service
ABHI BUS services are the worst services in the world, last before month I was booked one ticket from bengaluru to guntur it was automatically cancelled the amount of transaction not refunded to my account...
#operator did not call at the boarding point and left without picking the customer.

the above line i red terms and condition of the abhibus services website.

this is ridiculous than all because an organization is the responsible for the employee who have not good behavior.so the organization should be care while hiring him or her as like this when an service is providing by any organization that maintenance is always matter.if the service is not their responsibility then what they are providing to us?
I booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore i want to cancel the ticket booking 5 hours before bus starts at 22:30 but it is not allowing me to cancel the ticket This is the error I'm getting (The selected ticket falls under different cancellation terms.) I called to abhibus customer care their response is not good. And even they were saying "we don't have cancellation policy"
