I agree with the complaint.
I also got recharge failed twice on[protected] on my citibank card against Reliance CDMA Cell no [protected] andwas debited Rs 454 and did not get refund till date.I gave Card no + Phone No + Date but GOT NO REFUND
They ask Order no every now and then which i told them got deleted in mail.
NOW I THINK I HAVE TO DISCONTINUE TO USE FREECHARGE & with this I request others to also think twice if Transaction Fails you also Fail TO GET REFUND.
Treat This As CHARITY ????????

Freecharge.in — online balance

I got a recharge of Rs. 50 done online from www.freerecharge.in

The credit got deducted form my bank account but no recharge was done. Please give the necessary reimbursement

i have online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.

They are complete fraud. They save your credit and debit card details.
Dont ever recharge with them.

I tried to recharge Airtel 333 and provided my card details for payments. My payment was made but i did not received the recharge amount in my mobile.

They store all your information, credit card number cvv number everything in their database.
Never use this site for online recharge. They even don't declare much about the company. Their website does not provide contact number / phone number.

In any case, If you are required to recharge online, use your Bank websites (HDFC/ CITI, SBI) or Service Provider's website (airtel/vodaphone/reliance) for this. They provide online recharge facility on their website.

They are real fraud.

I have also hunt by this fraud...

and second today 11/12/11 amount 500.

yesterday i recharge for my mobile number amount is deducted but the talktime is not credited to my acocunt .

These people are making fraud .There are collecting these small amounts and getting profit, because we cannot do anything for this small amount except sending a mail .Even there is no hope that they will give reply to that.

I also rechrged my no [protected] on 22nd Dec 2011 by 225rs. Amount deducted from account but no recharge was done. They didnt have provided any contact no.in site. They do not respond to mails. they have cheated on doing recharge. They are fraud company. Freerechargefraud.com

I recharge my Airtel mobile no.[protected] on dtd 04.02.2012 for Rs. 333/-through Canara bank Debit card .Computer screen show that your transaction not completed, but Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. deducted 343/-INR this amount from my Canara bank Debit card account .
I am requesting you to kindly reverse my amount for Rs.343/- ASAP

ACCELYST SOLUTIONS AVENUE — AMOUNT NOT INSTRUCTED

There has been two transactions on my credit card number for amount of Rs. 510/- and one transaction of Rs. 620/- which has neither being instructed by us today morning around 5.35 a.m. Please reverse this entry at your end.

I always make reacharge through freecharge and never got any problem since last 2 years. If recharge not done due to some process failure, , they intimate instantly and credit the debited amount to my bank account with in 4-5 days.

I did recharge of Rs 333 airtel([protected]) on 10/10/2012 from freecharge.com, but balance have been deducted from my credit card no 52xxxxxxxxxx377 but recharge not done. Kindly resolve this issue.
