[Resolved]  Action Shoes — sole crack and deshaped

Dear Sir,
I bought a pair of shoes number 10 about two months approximately from M/s Tayal Footwear 95-B Gaushala road, New Mandi Muzaffarnagar (UP) for rupee 749/00. Its sound hopeless to write you about the complaint regarding crack in sole & deshaped.
I already send the parcel of my pair of shoes on 27mar, 2009. To you hoping the responsible answer and the satisfactory service . Kindly arrange to replace.
Kindly take action at your earliest. My family & I am your regular user of your shoes.
