This is the Ground Reality...
It’s been more than a year when I joined this company and I feel fortunate to be part of Agilyst. The cool working environment not only provides immense employee satisfaction but also provides opportunity to learn and grow. Employees are considered as assets of the company and their opinions count. Basic needs like free meals and free cab facility add to this list of facilities which are not even provided by some other Outsourcing Giants in the region.(And these facilities were never stopped at the time of recession under the name of cost cutting as many other companies did)
This company has proven to be a boom by providing numerous jobs to engineers, graduates and MBAs in the region .Specially when the recession was on the peak; this was one of those rare companies which were offering jobs.
Employees who perform well are not only recognized and rewarded but also given a chance to get International Exposure. The employees are not just trained on the processes but there are special programs which are focused on developing their skills.
The company has an Open Door Policy which means everyone has direct access to the Directors & Top Management .The Top Management consists of globally renowned personalities with tons of experience. They are down to earth people and always encourage people to come up and discuss their problems, suggestions and ideas.

"does not close on any national holiday" can be answred with a yes/no respone..

Anyone who doesn't find s job elsewhere will feel lucky, s/he is a part of a nalayak company.Ghatiya company aur Ghatiya logon ke sath kaam nahi karna chahiye.
"The Ground Reality" ... lagta hai Agilyst HR ne likhi hai... Thank you for showing us the ground reality... dont forget that Agilyst is still the LAST choice amongst all these engineers, MBAs, etc.
You still ask people to work for additional hours compared to other companies.
"The Open Door Policy" is nicely rounded with the inclusion of the most incompetent Human Resource Department whose main goal is to organise samosa parties n smoking ciggies. N ya... who can forget the legendary finance department.

I think everyone shud understand that they are working for a company and that its their professinal.. So, everyone needs to be professional.. Even if there is a little burden at times, u shud accept it .You dont perform all the time still the company takes that. This is a business and a fair deal.

I agree with most of the people above.We have no problem working for long hours(six days a week) but our concern is, are we getting noticed for our valuable work??answer is big NO.All the promotions are given to Chamcha's of TLs.Does management ever ask why the person is getting promoted or even look if there is anyone who is more capable for promotion?
This to Inform that our compaqny agilyst consulting pvt ltd, e-94, Industrial area, Mohali does not close on any national holiday and employees are made to work for 14-16 hours without any overtime and there is no off on saturday and behaviour of head is highly rude .The Payday happen to be 15th of every month, which is against labour Act .Moreover, they deduct huge chunks of our salary in the name of Bonus to be paid after year or so .
If any Foreign Company is operating in India, Then it must atleast pay salary in due course before 7th every month and must not deduct the promised salary in the name of Bonus .

well one thing i would like to suggest to respected directors of agilyst.
As there is an action plan for those employees who are not doing their best, playing politics, making nasty atmosphere So there should be an action plan for Team leaders and Floor supports as well.After getting three warning latter’s agent gets fired so there shoud be a 5 warning latter’s for Team Leader and floor support who are not doing well.who belives in discrimination, favourtism and belives in hitlers policy.There should be an anonymous feedback .LIKE (TELL DELL)

policies are disgusting.salary structure is bogus as it is your own money and if you leave in betwen you dont get it...thats why people also act smart wait for the bonus and leave. there is no such open door policy i m sorry to say that it all depends on who all the "chamchas" are...mostly with all the departments..
I have been recently hired as QA for VOC process in feb-11 and it was told to me that you will have saturday and sunday off if working in night shift and only sunday off for day shift.But to my dismay they asked everybody to take only sunday off irrespective of any shift.Plus they are forcing employees to work for 12 hours everyday against normal working hours of 9.5hrs(its also on higher side).
Seniors are really rude, egoistic and not grounded.Employees are humiliated and harassed.
Plz do not get carried away by their pomp and tall pomises bcoz at the end of the day its all illusions

I agree that agilyst is exploiting their employees.Recently I joined as senior TL in VOC and rosy pic was shown to me at the time of an interview, but pic is gloomy contrary to my expectation.We were hired to handle Tls but we end up managing trainees.This is really ridiculous...
