Agilyst Consulting Pvt Ltd — Overburden

Well I dont know about the seniors if they might have changed till now as I was an employee with the company 2 years and 3 months back but yes directors are somehow rude and non-cooperating. I wasn't given my one month salary even after serving the due notice period and the HR girl, don't know she is still there or not was the most pathetic person I met there. Ofcourse the company is not good for longtime purposes as they dont pay fairly.

I agree to above comments. i left company long time back because i was victim of dirty politics done by tls of woa named SAURABH BANSAL AND BALKAR SINGH.moreover the company is conservative, backward and a rural based .Many tls cant speak gud english and i dont know why they are hired .i also left because of overburden .THE TLS WORK IS ONLY TO DO POLITICS AND CONSPIRACY .PATHETIC COMPANY

I agree with some comments mentioned above.This years increment was pathetic.When it comes to employs they dont have money but when it comes to buying a car these guys(directors) are in front row.One has imported mercedes and the other has new BMW.The directors think that they are management gurus but they are real LALA's.
We have one personality, Crazy GORA, who is full of attitude and arrogance.He thinks himself to be superior than Indians, throw away money on there face...come on guys(directors)...we r not your servent

I have worked as HR in Agilyst...Mind you, the compensation is best in industry and Directors are very serious to minimize attrition rate...Yeah, i agree that firing is easy in this company and rules/regulations are not followed heartily but this company provides a growth opportunity & flexible environment to work that no other company in the region does...For those, who are good in their work areas, this company is best to work for...

This place is heaven for licker's. If your Team Leader is from the same BPO like Intellinet or any other You are promoted you will get yourself promoted soon he /she will give you more quality work which will get you highlighted soon, he will help you in apraisals tell managers you arbduring office Hours to get his third hand car repaired is it justified Company ke paisey pee Sahab Ghar kaa kaam Karvatee hain aur downtime be hai Directors ko kaya paata kaam to chaal rahaa hai company kaa .There are two king makers is Pinnacle ("s &S) Yarron Ineeh pataao inke liya ghar ka Breakfast laao That person have become goddess who was chucked out from Dell after the "Tell Dell Survey" who was jobless for many Months who is thrown out garabage from DEll the second king maker was an agent in dell who was not even in customer care he was in MRG Desi language mein DEll ki operator line who only transfers call from one deptt to another how much it is Justified for people with Experience

Yes very true in " qa " you will get ample downtime but get the third hand car repaired from outside during office hours."saahab paar aauraat pein meharbaan hai jitnaa bhee kaam karvaa lein aurat hi pormote kartee hai chaahee T.L IJP mein apply kiyaa bhi nahinn hoo" koi ein Bhennchoodoo see puchee ki baki yahaan par chudvane aai hai saab koo barabar kaa mukaa millein.

No more complaints??? All is well with Agilyst it seems. People are happy with appraisals, office timings and HR? Thank God.. better late than never. Agilyst has finally been able to satisfy its employees.

It is a really backward and downmarket company. Dont miss Saurav Bansal employee of company whose work is only to spread wrong things about people and all the directors are puppets in his hands as he is great chamcha . Shame on the people supporting him . His work is only to spread wrong things about people and misuse his authority.
