I am karthik, using Aircel many years. But recent years service is very worst, fear to recharge more than 50 rupees. Balance is reduced at any without reason. Particularly when using internet when we enter some website, a SMS will come and activate some service. Aircel cheating customers, its like thief.
No body is picking up the phone as mentioned in AIRCEL website for Nodal Officers.

But while we get the connectiones they have informed us that all the numbers are in one group (CUG) only . Kindly look into the matter in very urgent basis and make all the 4 connections in One Cug.

I'm writing this because of my bad experience with your Aircel customer care executives, I spoke to more than 5 of your executives and asked for a clear explanation on my statement, But none of them had idea about that, I wonder is this wrong with your system or with your people.

I requested for a callback, but seems your executives are still busy with something and none of them took any steps for that. Also behaviour of your executives are worst than anything I've experienced with.

Dear Team,

I am not using the aircel no [protected] for last one year since I lost the sim one year back.
I have called customer care many times and they have confirmed that the number wil be deactivated.
In the last one year, this is the third time I am getting bill for the deactivated sim and stating the message that notice will be generated.

We never had such wost service experience like this.

Note: nearly 20 of my friends are using aircel network. They are ready to switch the network because of this wost service

One of them already switched to airtel and his mob no is [protected].

We are eagerly waiting for the response...

This is a forgery. Because If it will be Rs. 5/- to Rs. 10/- then I can accepted, but within 1 minute when my browser page was not opened I have already closed the browser.


Also please let me know your rate of charge post use of 25mb data. Because


within 1 minute how could you charge Rs. 31.20 !!! Is it not a forgery ?


Note : Now we have MNP service. If you will deduct this type of fake charges I should discontinue your service and should select another service provider along with the same number very soon. Because we

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 31.20 /- got deducted on 30/5/2015 due to data usage of 3.2103 MB of Data after consumption of the free data. Hence, not eligible for refund.

Bad mumbai Aircel Customer care...They cheated and goofed up the things.

It is very easy to defend self by putting blame on others. This is not ethical way to grow the business. As you people are very lucky due to loose norms in our country.
Come to the point I want to ask you some questions..
1. What is the criteria for checking the documents for validity ?
2.How did you approve any forge or improper documents as under name of my wife as those documents were not signed even not a single form?
3. How did you pass those while I had signed all the documents with Aadhar under my name of card during submission?
4. So as per TRAI rule its a violation for code of ethics as the number got approved by using forged documents? Its surprise for me...
5. It is mandatory to approve the connection within 14 days or before the expiry of the PORT number. In case of Poonam, her PORT numbers were expired 9th of July (she submitted in 24th June) then I resubmitted with new PORT numbers under my control. So then as per rule I am the owner for all the numbers. Then who gave you that authority to approve those numbers under the name of my wife without my knowledge?
6. Is this a way to deal with the customer?
7. Why it took 28 days to start the new numbers as it should start well within 14 days?
8. What you did for my earlier complains?
9. Lastly I want to give you the SIM numbers I have received till date; can it be possible to match your given numbers from that?

Now the ball is in your court as you have already lost my valuable time by putting mental stress.
