[Resolved]  Aircel — network problem

AIRCEL IS COMPANY...I am not scare to posting this bad word, they are telling to buy aircel 3g. They are insulting iphone, they dont have 3g in mumbai then why their aircel store is having 3g. It really sucks. Customer care they dindt help you out in any ways, everytime they tell us to go to aircel store to watch their interior they designed for us.

AIRCEL SUCKS, DONT BUY IT.

2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS REALLY SUCKS, THEY DONT HELP YOU.

Iam also facing network problem with aircel. there is a lot of network problem with aircel. I talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 week but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network. iam living in Gramam near mavelikara (pin 689645) Alappuzha.

I am using AIRCEL connection and it was an MNP from BSNL to AIRCEL and in my office it is out of coverage area I have complaint for it many times but there is no action taken for my complaint and it is creating very much trouble for me. My no. is [protected].

hi i'm harjit my aircel no is [protected] i'm from pathankot punjab. theres no network present in our area every time it shows no service . when go on terrace or even in city market it only shows one or two network bars. everybody here who have aircel connection facing this problem.

don't get network signal when i am in inside of my home. And i get One signal when i
come to outside. I complained it to aircel customer care many times. But they did'nt
solve my problem. So i contact Lucknow aircel nodel officer. They take 7 Week
time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem. And they take
another 6 months time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem
till at now. So i contact you sir. I waiting for your reply

I am using aicel service in Belgaum Karnataka region, Ever since 02 Jan 2013 the network is down in & adjoining location(most of the parts of north Karnataka), and moreover the Aircel office located in Belgaum Mujawar complex is locked /closed from jan02' 2013,

When I'm inside at my home, so do not come to my aircel towers. And when I'm out of the house would come round the tower.
I was alredy call to cutumer care but, But they don't solve this problem

I am facing network problem from 2 months i also complained on customer care but it cant be resolved.My no.is [protected]

Itz me back again. My new number is [protected], and i want to request you if you can do anything about the network problem out here in our place, Dhankhetti - Shillong, Woodland Circle. . . . It has been some dayz or weeks/months that we are facing problem with the network. Sometimes no network coverage and the next time, if there is network but still cannot make calls. It says "network busy". There is never a time that a proper network is there. It'z so much a pr0blem for c0mmon people like us so if you can do something about it, please do so as soon as possible.
