[Resolved]  Aircel — network problem

i am always dister with aircel services

This time i am facing network problem in my cell phone, i had a complaint in costumer care also but they always misguide me for telling various reason, but never told me a perfect reason of that situation, So please tell me the best solution of this or i go for other network and block this sim forever.

This is to inform you that we have a Three Aircel Numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] But No Network Signal Show on our Mobile during the 1 week. I am tried to contact with Customer Care Number but No Response. Please look in to this matter & resolve the issue.

My cell no is [protected], I choose aricel via mnp (old is docomo). But in aircell network problem every one hour network come and gone. I approced my leverl to aricel Udaipur office they asssure it will ok in few days but no response me yet. I want to chosse other service proivder they say it take 3 month. i am getting lost personally / commercially. Please give me solution now. somebody help me. How poor service provided frome aircel. Evern when i went to Udaipur offie they say we are on trial basis to improve I told them you treid yourself not on me.

I'm using Aircel services in Chennai.. I recharge 3g every month for 1.25 GB. Inspite of having 3g i get my money deducted suddenly with a message "Thank You for Using Aircel Services" have already complained many times and still no use.. The response I recieve from their Customer service is "Sir You have 3g data enabled, but since You sim card is 2g your mobile has been charged" how the [censored] can i use 2g and 3g two different simcards...

I have atleast a minimum deduction of 15rs per month.. and no one is bloddy concered to reverse it back.. have already sent them screenshots and everything.. Aircel thinks the customer is illitrate.. they fool by saying you used a vedio pack .. Why the hell will a customer with Iphone and 3g data activated watch a chargable Vedio pack.

I live in Bahadurpur, samastipur(BIHAR) area, since last 30 days me and my friends facing sevire network problem.
Most of the time network disappears completely foe 2-3 hours. It seems that local tower stops functioning that time.
I have complaint many times to 198 complain center.. no action has been taken yet. please look into this problem

we are not unable to make no calls . but the aircel toure beside of my house . we are complain ur customer care service but they are no solution .

I buy a aircel prepaid connection and i have no network coverage of aircel network on my phone when i talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 days but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network..

Dear Aircel,
when i am outside from my society, i am getting the aircel signal. if i enter in my society i am not getting the signal. so, if i have an emergency to call from my home, there is no option for call. the only single option is i have to come out from my society for call in emergency. is it the right way in emergency? so, Provide a proper network coverage in the area. my area is (Nandivali takdi) nandivali, dombivali east, thane.

Provide the useful solution asap. this is not only for me. its for all aircel users in that area.

Sir we people of coochbehar (baburhat area) state-westbengal suffering network problem.we complaint again again our local area aircel office but they cant help us.people of our area now think that aircel is the wrost network and one by one change there connection also port other network.i think u can understand so plz help!!
