very slow and jammed net connection and i am suffering since last 4 months, i have called customer care but they didn't respond properly even after taking complaints from me twice.
I am using Pocket Internet Service since last 5-6 months with your Rs.96/- Easy Recharge Voucher. But facing problem in connection and complained to customer care at 121 vide Complain No:21667362 on 18/01/10, 1-[protected] on 23/01/10 and on 27/01/10 customer care officer said my problem will be resolved by 28/01/10 but still awaited to resolve my problem and regularly i remind to customer care officer they always used to say that sorry for inconvenient, my problem will be resolved as early as possible.
Problem facing on Mobile:
When i try to open the brower through mobile suddenly "E" disappeared from the screen and after a while message displayed "Network not available" or "Data server not available" and after this message somtimes the "E" symbol is flashed on screen but more takes time to appear again.
Problem facing on Computer:
when i try to connect through Motorola Phone Tools again on mobile screen "E" disappeared and after sometime the following error message flashed on monitor:
"A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection. For further assistance, click More Info or search Help and Support Center for this error number"
OR
"The PPP link control protocol was terminated. If you use a Proxy server you may need to uncheck the server settings to access this connection see help for details"

Try and visit the nearest Aircel store at your place, I am sure your will get the appropriate help.

i m using aircel pocket internet service 4 last 5 days but in 5 days i m totally irritated vid network service..whenever i connect vid aircel pocket internet its aumatically disconnected vid in 5 mins nd shows its connected in task bar..neither i dnt able 2 connect again nor disconnect..to disconnect restart system nd connect again..its so irritated..nd about costumer care service dats vy vy dumb..anyone suggest me about cheap nd best prepaid internet connection which can be connect thru datacable...plz help me..thanx
I believe you have tried to get in touch with the Customer care for this, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and get the adequate help.
My Aircel mobile no. is [protected], from Tezu, Dist- Lohit, Arunachal Pradesh. I m regular user of pocket internet through AIRCEL for last 6 months, last time recharged PI 98 on 29.6.2010. From 12.07.2010 my pocket internet was not working. Initialy i talk with customer care of aircel, they told that may be due to network problem it is not working, it will work after some time. Lastly on 17.7.10 my complaint was registered. After that total 5 complaints registered by me. Later on it came to notice that at my place another Aircel pocket internet customer using, but on my no., it was not working. Lot of times i talked with customer care and supervisor of aircel, but all time they are telling that a new complaint has been registered. After repeatdly request by me to customer care that at my place another aircel pocket internet customer using, but everytime they are telling that, only due to network problem, my no. is not working and they give time 48/72 hrs. I can call/sms, outgoing/ incoming, exept pocket internet.
Complaint nos are;- 1-[protected], dated 17.7.2010.
1-[protected], dated 21.7.2010.
1-[protected], dated 24.7.2010.
1-[protected], dated 27.7.2010
1-[protected], dated 30.7.2010.

This is strange, I must say. Aircel GPRS has a good service in the North East. Try to visit one of their stores for a better resolution.
I think AIRCEL HAVE THE POOREST INTERNET SERVICE.
I have been facing slow internet connection for the past 10 days and I called the AIRCEL NODAL OFFICER, because I was banned because I called 21 times in the customer care for the past 1.2 years. It was a big surprise for me when the nodal officer told me that a customer is only allowed to call 21 times from the time he took the connection, other vise he will be banned for the next 7 days....Hooray Aircel CC....
Sorry, I am departing from actual issue, as already said I have an issue with slow internet for 10 days[protected] till date), when I called the Nodal Officer she told me that your may resolved in the next 7 days.....I think the best customer service award should be given to AIRCEL.

This is a strange case I must say. Would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel outlet and clarify your issues. Good luck.
After giving complaint to the Nodal Officer my complaint is resolved...I am perfectly fine now, hope that they will be like this whole time...
sir I am use aircel pocket internet with my pc. But searching & downloading speed is very slow about 2-4 kbps. but aircel says they give minimum 32 kbps speed.sir suffer so much probelem pls help me.my aircelno.is [protected] & email.id is [protected]@gmail.com.
They are quite right about the speed. The Pocket internet gives speed about 40-60 kbps speed. Try refreshing the settings to improve your speed or else contact the customer care for help.
