i am using aircel pocket internet 14 pack it is not deactivated and it will automatically 14rs wii be deducted from my account but internet is not coming net pack money and data is wasted

i activated the pocket internet .the pocket internet time is finished.But internet is automatically activated my main balance is taken .please cancel the pocket internet...it will taken my main balance during emergency situation...last and finally saying please cancel the pocket internet pack...
Aircel — Sim not yet activated
I buyed a aircel sim on 16.04.2015 and self activated the sim on 17.04.2015 by dialling 59059. But till now it is not yet activated. I don't know what is taking so long.BLANCE DEDUCTION
