Hi,
I'm using Airtel 3G Dongle (No.[protected]) from may 2nd weak 2013. I have not received my E Bill at my actual Email ID (saritha87.[protected]@gmail.com). . I spoke with Airtel Customer care over Phone several times, but they said we will send like but still i dind recieve .i am waiting for my E Bill at my mail ID asap.and they told that they had dispached the hard copy of bill to my residential address but still i didnt get get recieved.

AirTel — not receiving the bills
Dear Sir,I am an AIRTEL costumer since the airtel started their services in India. My cell number is [protected]. I have been receiving my bills on time since that day, but from the month of February 2008, I have not received my bills by courier. It is quite surprising that once the bill has been printed from your system and instead of original copy, I get the duplicate one that also on my request. My next-door neighbour is receiving the bills on time. According to your system I am being delivered the bill on 15th of every month, but still not receiving. On every complaint the Customer Care Executive insists me to download the bills or pay by sms / e-payment.
Please consider my request and do the need full action.
