I have recharged for rs.99 when i received the message 30 mins isd call in rs 99, after receiving the confirmation sms i am not able to avail the isd30 service and there is no such customer care tab in 121 automated customer care unit or in their portal.
Now i want to know about the rule of TRAI, If there is no customer care facility for subscriber then how they are in promoting such offers through the sms.
Government should check this before their every offer
