My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel , Haryana) , from 18th june morning am not being able to make or receive any call at all, all i hear is a message that my number is temporarily suspended, from that day onwards i have sent more than 4 e-mail to customer care/ appellate authority, and none of them is of any use, all they say is " I DON'T KNOW , IT IS SHOWING EVERYTHING RIGHT IN THE SYSTEM , WE ARE FORWARDING YOUR COMPLAINT" i have called a customer care/ appelate authority from other number as well, wasted more than 30-40 Rs of balance, but of no use, And also went to ARC in my city, they too have no damn idea, I Ask them reason , they say they don't know, it might take 72 hours more. Who the heck will bear the losses i am incurring due to some fault in their system.??

dear sir,i had wriiten many times to your customer center and even i made many calls to the customer care also .they had register my complaint and said will be reeving a call from the airtel care within 24 hrs.
but no one give me any call or any email hasn't sent to me. iam really sad on the service of the airtel.
i am akhilmenon ,my airtel no was [protected] which has been disconnected even though the connection is for a life time validity . as i was in a business tour for 3 months .i couldn't able to use my no .but the no was not switched off.i was able to receive messages from my friends as well as from the airtel . with out informing me they deactivated my service. i need my no back as my all contacts r in dat no. for that any penality is der am ready to pay it

Finally the sad thing is one person name sekhar and his friend from collection department came to my home and before that also he called me many times from different no with different names and he scold me many times and he came to my home twice without my permission and he started scolding me in rough language and when I said come on Sunday we discuss about the payment after I talk with customer care, he didn’t listen anything and he enter in my room and when I closed the door he pushed me and behave in bad language even his manager also didn’t listen anything . he said go to police station no one can do anything . I called to customer care 1st day when he came to my home team leader promise me that guy never going to come to my home but he came again next time again I called to customer care then he went outside .
It s torture from one moth from tata docomo, iam gonna a patient now. I don’t want to you to entertain again. Just get lost why you people are behind me. Many times I called to customer care I told you my problems but you people are not listening. No one called me regards to my problem only they want their payment. They are not bothered about customer. Really it’s true that you people misbehave me.
Is this the way to talk with customer?
After all this do you think I will pay your entire amount?
