We took Broadband Wifi connection from Airtel in May 2012. We got the connection transferred to a new address i.e. to Noida Sector 47, our new apartment. Since then the Internet connection has been working intermittently. About unwanted deduction money from airtel mobile prepaid service and neglect customer problem

I would like to inform you that airtel mobile prepaid service doing the same thing
i.e. deducting the money form mobile prepaid Account.
It is second time they deducting 1.5 Rs regularly.

Internet charges too high

I called up Airtel customer care to activate internet plan - 99 INR pack which generally gives 1 GB of free usage(2G data) in the last week of billing cycle.
I wasn't informed that the plan is charged pro rata basis.
I didn't get any message regarding the plan activation to my registered mobile number.
I wasn't informed on how much free usage is available and how much i'll be charged for that month...

Airtel is saying that my mobile no. [protected] is not registered with them. Someone named (Jagdish) has transferred my number to his name with the help of a retailer Abhishek Kumar (mob.- [protected]) living in Ajmer and ported my number to vodafone. fault awards

i recieved a fake call from unknown person that i won 100,000 he tried to threaten me on such case to give my full account information ,this is the no.[protected]. PLEASE THIS COMPANY SHUOLD TAKE ACTION ON KIND OF PERSON iwas almost collapsing....

airtel online recharge failed but money got deducted from my bank

I recharged my mobile twice for Rs.150/- on 8.5.2013, but both transactions were failed but the required amount is deducted from my bank account but the Airtel page loaded saying "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try later" and I check my phone but no recharge had been received. 300 got debited from the bank and the account did not get recharged.
I made following 2 recharges from my SBI account...

DTH installation not done after 6 days of making payment online

I had purchased an Airtel DTH SD Set top box and subscribed to a South Super Value pack plan on 3rd May 2013, through the Airel website and made an online payment of Rs. 1790/- I got a call from the web sales team that payment is received and the installation will be done on the same day. I recharged Airtel dongle on 6th april,2013 for 749 rs online. This plan is 3G recharge with validity of 30 days. Deducting Money from Prepaid connection

Airtel (MH) Rs. 333 is changed to some other services

For long time Airtel had Rs. 333/- for full talk time, but now with same amount, there's some other service (sms, internet, local call)
Using on-line recharge facility (from bank acct) I use to top-up the airtel with Rs. 333/- which always meant for full talk time.
But now Airtel changed full talk time amt. that's fine, but why this old full talk time amount 333 used for some crappy top-up?

Worst Service from Airtel DTH

I am not sure what is the resolution time(SLA) and what are they doing to help solving customers problems.

Balance deduction from main balance inspite of data pack being activated

Not getting my MMS
