Airtel — Airtel Blackberry Services Not Working

Blackberry airtel — dictionary is not working

On my blackberry curve bearing Mobile no.[protected] all of suddern dictionary application has stopped working and showing message that the server can not be contacted.

Airtel Blackberry — not able to use Blackberry services

I am Airtel blackberry post paid subscriber since 29th dec 2010 and my BB services got activated on 30th dec 2010.
But since 2nd Jan 2011 neither I am able to connect to net and nor am i able to send and get any mails.Everytime i call
7070 i get different versions from the customer service executive.. I am fed up of this.
No action has been taken so far.
Is this what you call customer care.?????
I am not going to pay the bill if you do not rectify this problem immediately.
