My fixed line & broadband were not working since 16th October. I have placed a complaint with Airtel Customer Care (SR #:[protected]. Every day, the folks at customer care promise me that the issue will be rectified as soon as possible. They also assure that A SENIOR OFFICER will call me back and provide a status. Never did they call or provide a status.
What is the point in spending crores on advertising, when you can't provide the service you are supposed to? What kind of issue takes more than 12 days to resolve? Are we in STONE AGE?
