AirTel — Cheating me
my phone number is [protected].I have used airtellive and there is no charge for using but there is cost for downloading. I not yet given request to download.But they charged me Rs.199 and then I phoned to customer care that day itself (31.10.2008) i complained to them.they said that u have downloaded an game and two wallpapers.Then i said i have not yet downloaded, then he saidi will send feedback.then(2.11.2008)they send same msg.I replied that not satisfy with this.Then again i called in 6.11.2008. they said same matter but i said i want replacemant amount and they rejected replacement. airtel is very bad company and cheat every customer every time
AirTel — CHEAT WITH CUSTOMER
MY SELF DAMAYANTI SEN USING AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE SINCE LAST ONE YEAR. MY MOBILE NO IS -[protected]. ON 22TH FEB 2011 AIRTEL DEBIT RS-60/- AND 23TH FEB DEBIT RS -13/- FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WITH OUT ACTIVATION OF ANY VAS AND ADVANCE INFORMATION.I HAVE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE THREE TIMES FOR KNOWING DETAILS OF MY BALANCE DEDUCTION BUT THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH IN THEIR LAST PERIOD AS ON 28TH FEB2011. AND TILL NOW I DID NOT GOT MY EXTRA DEDUCTED BALANCE. MY COMPLLAINTS ID-CBDCC[protected]. TELL ME PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

AirTel — airtel has cheated me
i had asked their costumer care excecutives about any offer of full talktime they told me to dial 12131 no for information about this but there in the i.v.r they said that i can recharge my phone with value of 333 and i will get full talktime of 333 i did the same but didn't got full talktime so i called there costumer care and they after listening they said that earlier there was this offer but it has been discontinued yesterday but still that's there and i have a recording of that so how are they going to repay for it my no is [protected] its a number o[censored]ttar pradesh ( west ).
