my no. is [protected].on 21st of june my balance is cutted by an amount of 150/-rs i asked customercare they said that mms service is activated on my mobile, at that time i ask customercare how 2 deactivate mms.they told that i will deactivate here.After this happens also by balance is cutted by an amount of nearly 120/-rs, again i called 2 customercare and asked, this time they told that mms service is not deactivated and the process for decativation is MMS CANCEL to 52121 through sms.I send sms to that number and the reply is invalid keyword.I called again and said to customercare they said that iam taking it as complaint, my higher official will contact u. He contacted me and i said all these conversation, he said i will check the services and contact you again, he will never contacted me again.and again i gave another complaint through customercare, another person contacted me this time and i said all these conversation again to him, this time he said i will take it as a technical problem and i will send it to higher officials of airtel he said that they will contact before 29th of june 2p.m..no one contacted me.Previously also it was happened like this with out activating any thing in my mobile.Iam not ready to face all these things.i have 3 airtel connections in my family.[protected], [protected], [protected].now iam not satisfied with customercare.& service of airtel so iam ready to cancel those 3 connections.i need explanation and my money back to my mobile.

I am using a GPRS enable hand set (NOKIA 5300 Xpress Music) as i am active on the GRPS service, i can access the yahoo on my mobile and they charge 10rs for 7 days and i also get text message when it is activated, but now i am unable to access the yahoo on my mobile i dont know what is the reason i am getting the message your service is been permanently disconnected i dont know why they did like that,
So please can you help me in this related topic as i am a regular e-mail user of the Yahoo service..

Since I stay away from home and my mother cannot read the messages from customer care I am having big problem in contacting her. Please take some action immediately and let me know what should I do to activate this mobile. It has all the balance

Airtel — IMPROPER BALANCE REDUCTION
Sir, Every time i recharge my Airtel prepaid no.s [protected], my balance gets depleted soon without any confirmation sms. Whenever i recharge above Rs20, my balance gets depleted by Rs15.If i recharge by Rs10, my balance gets depleted by Rs5. Interestingly If i recharge above Rs 60, my balance gets deducted by Rs30. Also whenever i dial 121 to post complain, i cannont even talk to the customer executive.Even if i write emails, they dont pay any heed towards it.They are totally showing negligency towards its customer
