Hi, I am Sonal and newly came at Bangalore. I applied for connection 1 and half month back.While taking connection agent was so keen to take my application and he promised me I will get connection within 1 week. I was aware of that in Kouramanga getting coneection is difficult coz of technical feasibility, same thing I asked to Airtel agent but he said I got a wrong information and I belived on him and given 2 month of advance also. I got a proper reciept.After 1 week I tried to call him he didn't respond me properly.Through customer care only I came to know that my application get rejected coz of the same reason which I was aware of the and amount is deducted from my account.Now its already 1 month and I didnt get my account back as well as Airtel representatice(Agent) is not responding.
Broadband was so urgent for me.I cud have taken some other connection but those people didn't respond me propely.It's realy bad behavier, atleast they cud inform me or atleast intimate me about problem. In any business i[censored] sud have transparency. It might effect consumer's work.
Now the situation is that..First of all I didn't get connection, I lost my time for application and coordinating with agent and lost money also. They sud first inform technical feasability then only sud deduct money from account. Was this information helpful? |
