Hi,
My Airtel Broadband connection was suspended due to non payment of bill for about a month. I had a bill of around 3000 INR. I received a call from Airtel asking me to make a payment. After a long hard discussion they offered me 1000 INR waiver and asked me to make a payment of rest of the amount. They sent a representative the same day and collected the balance amount from my place.
The next month when i checked my Airtel bill, I found that I did not get any waivers and 1000 INR was reflecting as previous balance. I called the Airtel Customer Care to find out why this was not waived off. They informed me that there was no request for any such waiver raised.
Can anything be done regarding this? The problem is that I dont have any proof of that call. Is there a way I can challenge this?
