I had lodged in a complaint on 121 at 20.45 hrs on[protected] for my broadband connection. The modem was not working. The copmplaint reference no. is 23833466. I was informed that airtel would revert back to me by 18.30 hrs on[protected]. I followed up with airtel customer care on 26th and 27th and I was informed that the problem would be resolved positively by the time mentioned for[protected]. I called 121 at 20.30 hrs on[protected] to inform thet no action has still been taken and a very rude airtel representative told me to go to a store and buy a new modem. When I got a little upset and called agian, another representative told me that an engoneer would visit my address on[protected] and that he is arranging a call by his Senior. Nothing happened and I did not receive any call. On 28th evening I called again and was assured that an engineer would visit by 11.00 hrs on[protected]. And still nothing has happened. I have been without internet usage since[protected] which has resulted in huge business losses. I am shocked by the carelessness of airtel. They refused to take my complaint also.
