I am Sivakumar TK, my mobile number is [protected] and my airtel landline number is [protected]. I gave cancellation request in the month of july but in order to retain me they gave me some other plan with 1400 rental of 8 mbps speed and download cap of 40 GB something. Then someone called me telling 8mbps is not feasable in my locality. Then they come up with an option of 4 Mbps speed with date cap of 40GB and unlimited download. I told them very clearly that if they plan does not gets activated they have to cancel my connection but till now from July the plan is not activated. I informed the airtel representatives more than 20 times whenever they called me to cancel the connection but they failed to do. Now they are contacting me stating that I have to pay somewhere around 4200. I have to bear for the airtel representatives mistake. This is the kind of service that Airtel provides and cheats the public. So Everyone please be aware of this kind of frauds by Airtel. I an thinking to proceed legal action against them and sue the company. If anyone have better options to sue them, please let me know about that.
