[Resolved]  Airtel — deactivation of Airtel WAP service

It is my kind request to anyone who is incharge of the de-activation of the airtel wap service from the mobile number [protected]. I have also contacted the customer service but there has been no respond and my balance keeps on getting deducted frequently. I kindly request the person incharge to look into my problem and take action.

I want to deactivate the airtel wap services on my airtel number [protected], for which airtel charges me Rs.20 twice every month.From the past 1 month i have made a complaint with airtel but no action is been taken so far..

As I have lodged compliant to deactivate the WAP service for my phone, which is not being done

I want to unsubscribe (india_pack subscription) service
on airtel wap.Ihave been charged Rs.10/- for this service every week. Please deactivate this service, my cell no. is [protected].

Dear Customer Care Executives,

I have been (Mobile No. [protected]) unnecessarily been charged Rs. 100/- (Rs. 20 each time) by wap.mobifun.in for which I have never subscribed during the last 15-20 days. Unsubsribe from this link (wap.mobifun.in) immediately and return the amount otherwise will be constrained to knock the doors of Consumer COurts.
