my name is anamika. i have been making complaint since more than a week but there is no proper action taken regarding the same. and if i call to the customer care executive they dont even bother to give a proper answer and keep me on hold for more than 15 mins and then simply cut the call.i am using this airtel service from last two years. i ahve never seen such a hopeless service in other mobile services. i hope proper action will be taken within max to max 2 hrs.
