Sir/ Madam,
I regret to complaint that i purchased a post paid SIM No [protected] on 04 Jun 09.
On 11 Jun 09 the SIM suddenly vent out of service.
on contacting service center they said that since they made a call to my mobile to check my credentials and i did not answer. As such my no has been blocked.
On further asking them that OK i am now giving my credentials please release the blocking! They said that this is not possible.
I find the system non conducive to a customer.
Please help opening the number at the earliest.
I am holding 4 Airtel connections and i will be forced to discontinue the nos if my SIM is not opened at the earliest.
