Hello,
I have got the new sim 20 days back and from last Friday (19th March) the outgoing calls are bared. There is no change of status after many phone to customer center and direct visit to RT nagar Aircel office. Please let me know whom to contact to solve the problem.
Please note: RT nagar branch confirmed that all documents are in place.

becuase yesterday I wanted this service and called to Mr. Chethan (I think he is your coworker).
he said : you have to pay Rs 3500 as deposit and installation charge at first and after 5 or 7 days we can connect your internet line. I could not pay this money (RS 3500) without any service. And I could not believe him becuase I did not know him and his office.After that he got angry and threw out the agreement and went.
here I want to know this is correcte behavier for one Airtel officer???
please tell me, where can I find nearest Airtel office to R.T.Nagar?
