I made a recharge for Mobile no [protected] of Rs 500 on 3 jun from my citibank credit card through internet banking which was successful but the amount did not credited to the mobile then i tried again for Rs 300 it also got successful and the amount this time got credited.
But in my monthly credit card statement i was charged for both the transactions whereas only Rs 300 amount was credited and not the Rs 500 amount.
I made complaint on both ends citibank and airtel but citibank people said airtel have claimed for 500 Rs amount dats why they have charged me in the credit card statement.
Airtel Customer Exec told me to go the Airtel Shop where i need to show the Credit card statement and Airtel complaint no . and they will refund the amount or will credit it to my mobile. But actually they just refused to do that and just put a complaint again.
So despite me complaining to the Airtel Customer Care arnd 10 times .they have not still credited the amount.
Every time they say they will resolve the matter in 24 hrs time but actually they do nothing they are just fooling the customers Was this information helpful? |
