[Resolved]  Airtel — Tower not working for past 15 days.

sir i m representing many airtel users in my area(millat nagar, bhiwandi, dist- thane, maharashtra)we r having network problems since last 2 months. we r unable to speak in indoors. even v cant talk clearly in openspaces. i hav complained many times but to no vail. on 18 when i insisted complaint no. they forwarded the call to a senior who promised to solve prob by 20 oct 12.30 pm. as the prob continued on 20, i again contact them, now i m given date as 29 of oct. 12.30 pm they hav said technical people would visit. i m hoping 4 good. as i hav 6 airtel sim in my family each bieng used for more than 3 years. now i m waiting 4 29th oct. after which i would switch to other mobile co. and file complaint in consumer court for all loss in bussiness due to network problem in indoors and false promises from airtel.
