I am Airtel mobile user ,mob no [protected].
I have subscribed for Airtel prepaid lifetime pack.I have complained Airtel about additional charges of
Rs 1.50 being deduced from my balance per day,but the quiet of response i recieved was unsatisfactory.After this enquiry they didnt help me instead deduced additional Rs 3.0 per call
I also called Airtel callcenter several times and also
written letter to airtel Malad West office about this matter,but I never recieved any response letter from the company.I am frustrated with the kind of service provided.

    Dear friend

    I want to disclose a news about case which i file in consumer court against Playtv ,Zeetv,Ministry of Information Tecnology,Sajid khan(host),Javad Jafri and
    Airtel.This case is in Before the President District Consumer Disputes
    Redressal Forum Gurdaspur.

    In this case, i win 11Lac(10 lac prize+1 lac bouns) rupees in a TV show HOUZEE which is displayed on Zee tv and Playtv on 13 Nov 2005 at 1200 noon in my NICK NAME A000130 and cut 10 rupees from my mobile airtel number [protected] as ticket amount and HIT (sms) after the show with in one and again 3 rupees charge for the sms.After the sms hit they send congraulate and ask me send my addres with pincode via sms which I send and again 3 rupees cut from by mobile balance ( 10 Rs+3Rs+3Rs=16Rs) and they comit me to pay my amount with in 45 days but they do not do so.They call Bombay to present me in show but they also do not do so.After the show they come to me and ask me that we for got to present you in show and feel sorry.
    They ask me to go back to Gurdaspur (Punjab)and said that we send your check with in the week but they do not do so.I file case against the show .the show do not pay any amount to their other winner and Airtel also made such fraud with their customers and they do not pay any tax to goverment which is aleast 33% and there are more than
    6 to 11 winners of 11 lacs more than 10 winner are 5lac and more 10 winners are of 2 lacs and others. I am shocked when search on internet about the frauds done by playtv I observe that playtv,zeetv,sonytv,airtel hutch etc made more then 300 frauds . These frauds are done in all the shows like houzee,ultra bid,flip,puzzle etc and get more then 200 people on www.shambhu.in who suffered by these frauds of electronic media. Kindly help us to fight against the crime done by these people to show this in news.we all are very much thankful to you.

    1) ALL THE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANYS LIKE AIRTEL,HUTCH,SPICE,IDEA ETC ARE THE SPONSER WHO CUT THE AMOUNT FROM CONSUMER ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY GIVE SPONSER SHIP TO PLAY,ZEE,SONYTV ETC SO THEY ARE EQUALY RESPONSIBLE.
    2) SOME HAS TO COME NO FRONT TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS .
    3) IT IS A DIFFCULT AND SLOW PROCESS BECAUSE MEDIA PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE STEPS AGANIST THE MEDIA PEOPLE.
    4) KEEP ON TRYING.

    i played the game in zee tv which comes at 12.00am t 2.00am for more than week & i recived call on 07/08/09 at 1.30am from jago aru jeeto zeetv i have ansered correctly for that anser amount was Rs. 3000.00. won by me, i have sent my adress also still cheque not recived they had cheated me & all vivers, so dont play games in tv show they are FRAUDS, airtel company also attached with this tv shown, my humbble requet should be punished.

      I have use Airtel(India, kolkata) sim , and I have recharge Rs498 for GPRS (mobile Office) on[protected]
      and it activate on[protected]. But dut to some couse it
      show Pakage data connection not avalable and Link not avalable . I have call Castomer Care many time to solve
      this problem , then they told me that "we solve your complain befour[protected]". But they do not solve it then I again call
      Castomer care then also they take time to[protected], but they do not solve my GPRS connection Problem, and even when I call Castomer Care They do not recive my call. And when I call them another mobile noumber then I have connect Castomer care.

        Hi,

        I have registerd for Do Not Disturb Service on 3rd September 2007. As per policy all calls should be stopped within 45 days, but after 4 months I am still getting calls. I complained for this several times but nothing happened.

        I have registered for do not disturb complaint on 20th July 2009 for the number [protected]. Still getting messages and calls. Ridiculous even after 45 days I get more than 20 messages a day. Do not boast of a service when you cannot implement one. Customer care wants all the numbers so that they can take action. When they monitor all our calls why they can't do this. Airtel wake up- already DOCOMO is improving business.

          sim blocked without any intimation

          I m ramesh thadeswar,purchased airtel sim([protected]) on 15th november 2007 and submisision of every docments within id and otehr formalities to the dealer. but dealer sended on 20 nov.2007. Now my sim is blocked without any intimation on 28th dec. 2007. i have recharged with 666 on 27th and till thier is amount of 662 Rs. still in it. since last one week i hv contacted with retailer, dealer and every persons regarding...

          Every month our service take 15 rs from i got this number.
          i talk this matter for 121 customer care executive.he said me.
          u r download ringtone in airtel live so we take 15 Rs.but airtel
          live facility has been deactived before 8 month.
          then our service Rs10 has been credited in my account.
          similarly 4 month has been credited then manually it also deactive this
          service to my number. but again take rs 15 the problem not be solved in 11 months.

            Hi,
            I am Rishiraj Rawat & i have a prepaid connection of Airtel Mumbai no. [protected] & its life time card.I stay at Asha Nagar,Thakur Complex,Kandivali (E).The network of Airtel is so poor at my home that sometimes i don't have it for hours.And sometime when its there i just couldn't get the voice clarity.I humbly request Airtel to kindly improve there network in this area.

            Hi my mobile number is [protected]. Its a life time prepaid card. I got a message from Airtel (6781) saying that You have subscribed to Hello Tunes. Also It said you can unsubscribe by sending calling[protected].

            First of all I never subscribed to any of the hello tunes. Also i did unsubscribe by calling the above number to take precaution. But nevertheless, they have deducted 30 rs for hellotunes and 20 rs for download which we came to know from the customer care executives.

            They have unsubscribed the hello tunes but has failed to refund my 30 rs which the customer care said will be done in 24 hrs. Now four days have passed and no action has been taken. Infact they have blocked my number to register to any further complaints.

            Not at all satisfied with the Airtel Customer Service.

            My Name is Rittesh A Vora & my no. is [protected] . I m customer of Airtel fm last 1 mth. On 09/05/2008 I recd a call saying that “we are Dealers of Airtel & i[censored] pay us Rs 600/ u r call chgs will reduce to 50ps for lifetime. Our Add is at Bandra Also u would get talktime of Rs 600/-.” So I was happy to get the scheme. The next day that is on 10/05/08 there peon came &. He showed an ICard of Bharti Enterprise & gave me a form of Airtel to fill the details. He also took my licence copy & Rs.600 from me. I had saved the mobile nos. from where I recd the calls.
            But till date no recharge has been made on my no. nor I hav recd any refund. I call him up on his mobile but he told me that it would be done today. Then after he told you will receive u r refund but no refund is recd by me. Now I came to know that I hav lost that amount. That is ok.
            I want to alert the Airtel Co. that on behalf o[censored]r company some strangers r cheating ur customers which would ultimately affect the Airtel Co. The brand name of the Co. is being spoiled. I request u take some rigorous stepts to stop this. I think u can also trace there nos. which r as follows [protected]/[protected]. the first no is working. I request u pl trace the no & catch the culprit or else ur many customers would be cheated & which would affect the companys image.

            I had a similar experience. Let me give you a brief on that.

            A couple of days ago, I got a call from some Airtel representative (Not sure if he is an actual representative from airtel or some fraud guy). The guy claimed to be calling from the 'Awesome' department of airtel. His name was Raj Shastri ([protected]). He offered me a postpait scheme with rental 199 Rs / month (local 50 ps, std 1 Re) and a free talktime of 200 Rs. I liked this scheme over my current one.

            However, to activate this scheme, he asked me to re-submit all identity and address proof documents plus a sum of Rs 600 which is refundable after 3 months. He insisted to pay this amount on cash!!!

            Being an existing customer of Airtel, i do not understand why they would ask for the documents again.. Also, why would Airtel charge a deposit of sum of Rs. 600 for a mere change of bill plan?

            He claimed to be calling from the office located at

            Dept. Awesome Dept,
            Bharti Airtel Limited,
            Interface building,
            7th Floor,
            Link Road,
            Lower Parel West
            Mumbai.

            I checked with airtel 121 and they confirmed that there is no department called 121. I believe that there are a group of guys who are doing such frauds. They just want to collect Rs 600 on the name of changing of scheme and eat away that amount.

            I just want to register complaint against Airtel service provider in mumbai. iam complaining to Airtel right from the begining that lots of cross connection held for all the customer between Sion and Mahim from last 1 month, but there is no response at all. iam suffering a lot because of this problem, before reply me please u also try it by calling from MTNL to Airtel service, you have to pay 5 to 6 Rs, because first 2 to 3 calls will be cross connection after that only you can speak to concern person, Please do the needfull things as soon as possible.             I am Sanjay using airtel GSM since 28 feb 2008. Since 2 march I am roaming in India, Unfortunately this GSM not working while roaming. On behalf of airtell customer care I submitted all relevent document to airtel customer care representetive twice at Mumbai chembur centre. But I dont know why they are not activating my number yet ..still I am in Roaming.

            I Have been a customer of Airtel since the past 2-3 yrs and have always had a problem with the network in my house which is located in Goregaon Mumbai.
            I have complained for nearly over 6-7 months through calls and emails with various kinds of responses from various kinds of representatives of Airtel with various promises which have been lies.
            I cannot change my no. as it exists with various people and have have been through troubled times when I did change my no. once.
            Such a big company can't correct their services in the biggest Metro of India is unbelievable to me.
            I have never missed my payment as I cannot afford to have my connection automatically disconnected.
            Yes when the new law comes into place wherein I can retain my no. and choose my service provider I will be the happiest to get out of this stupid Airtel's Network.
            To Gaurav, I would like to ask you are a resident of Mumbai since how many years. If you have stayed here for long, you should have known that Interface is a building on Link Road in Malad (W) and Lower Parel wouldn't have any such road. I think u should remember that in every city one cardinal rule applies.

            The old city has names of great personalities and the suburbs have modernistic names. That is what my experience says.

[protected] & its life time card.I stay at byculla (W).The network of Airtel is so poor at my home that sometimes i don't have it for hours.And sometime when its there i just couldn't get the voice clarity.I humbly request Airtel to kindly improve there network in this area.
            Airtel Mumbai - its the worst network...
            readers pls ask your relatives and friends who come for vacations to use any other service provider.
            Use Airtel Mumbai at your own risk, I have suffered several times and so has my family.

I am worried about the situation. I had too tried to make police complaint dtd.05/05/2009, but was sent back as he told to make payment of Rs.700/- to make affidavit for court so he can write the complaint. I dont understand the strategy of our government policies towards the complainer and also of those service provider who anonymously first confuse people over their plans, then on call center no which dont have any route for asking queries and then refusing by saying that their is no policies such exist that can help to trace your mobile.

            It is not difficult to shift to another mobile operator for good service.

            I am following since last 3 days for conversion of benefit of 99 voucher to 89 voucher.

            Last month 99 voucher was for internet purpose. Which was confirmed with customer care on Saturday. . But they changed the same on this Sunday. Even the e charge walla does not know about this. I got no balance against the same. Contacted customer care but after 3/4 times, they tell you to just send the message.

            I am Amey Mestry & i have a prepaid connection of Airtel Mumbai nos. I Have 4 airtel prepaid sim cards & its life time cards.I stay at Andheri (E).The network of Airtel is so poor at my home that sometimes i don't have it. And sometime when its there i just couldn't get the voice.I have spoken to the CSR he had provided me the complaint no. i.e. CINDL [protected] which they had said that the network problem will be solved tilll 5th of July and when i Called again they said there is a technical error and it will be solved till 11th July. U will get a call on 11th july in the morning 10am and yet the network problem is not solved. I m fed up of dis service if it doesn't get solvedtill today i'll change my network operator and switch to Idea.                 In J&K there is no GPRS service avilable.So it was not activated on my connection .In last October while I was on roaming in south india, GPRS service has been activated on my mobile without my request.I tried to open some wap sites in my mobile, it was working. So i called Tamil nady Airtel customer care. They told that they have no info regarding your number. I used GPRS by thinking that it could be a promo offer. Later when I received bill, they have charged me more that Rs 600 for GPRS usage.
                I need clarification that how can they charge me for a service that has not been requested by me and also not available with home network without giving prior information. I have made a complaint with Airtel. But they didnt adjust the bill. So I would like to go State consumer disputes redresal commission.

                I am a proud customer of Bharti Telecom Limited with my mobile no [protected] in Jammu and Kashmir region. But, the problem I am facing is that the most requisite facility that a company offers to a customer is that of the helpline no. or the customer care no. as in case of Airtel is 121 is not available to me. I have contacted many employees of the company to make this basic facility available to me but all in vain. If there would have been a justification to this, I would have not had any problem with the same but I believe that I am the only person in the whole state who has been barred from this service. This gives me an impression that either the company doesn’t care for the customers like me or there is no reason other than that. I humble request you that please activate this facility to my mobile no. so that I might not feel dejected and continue to be a customer of the ultimate brand as. The situation is very ironic for me as to need any sort of help I have to use any other Airtel mobile for any help.

                  I am Ubin N U, working here in Dubai. I have been using a Airtel Mobile [protected] whenever i am coming to kerela. But when i came in October 09 i found that its not working. When i enquired about it in the Costomer care they said that that sim card has been cancelled as it was idle for about 6 months. How can you cancel that sim as i have Validity of that till November 09.

                  When i enquired about that in costomer care in Perinthalmanna, they said that nothing can be done. Then i thought of taking a new connection with the same no. [protected]. They said that they have already issued that no.to someone else. How can you do things like this as i have validity of that one upto November 2009.

                    Airtel — i want deactivate bloomberg service

                    i want deactivate my Bloomberg service. & stop daily deduction Rs.3/- my mo. no. is [protected]
                    This complaint is 100 percent valid even I am receiving the same message and this service has been activated automatically from 30th Dec 2010 and since then the deduction is going on by Rs.3.I am receiving this message "You have been renewed for Bloomberg subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs. 3. Join GamesClub at http://gclub.in". whenever I got this message each time i registered the complaint in to customer care but they say there is no service activated on this number. I also tried to send "STOP" message 121 but again its reverts mention that there is no service activated on this number, but when is send message "LAST" to 121 then it clearly show my deduction for bloomberg service. Is there any responsible person there in airtel who can take this complaint and provide me the solution.

                      My comment on the complaint of frequent disconnection of 'airtel net expert' is that I partially agree with the complainant. I never had any disconnection problem so far. However recently a PC hardware technician formatted my computer. Since then (for the last three days I am not getting 'airtel net expert'. I request you to look ino the matter and restore air tel net expert.-- Ramanathan

                        I am residing in Pune , I have taken Airtel postpaid connection for Internet facility.
                        It was so frustating experience for me from Pune Airtel service team.
                        At the time of taking connection AIRTEL guaranteed me Internet Facility ,
                        After 2 months by repeatative complaints by me no one bothered to even entertain the complain.
                        I was really get frustated after getting treatment from such REPUTED TELECOMMUNICATION CO. LIKE AIRTEL.
                        Airtel authority should check this , I had made 104 calls to customer care centre in 2 months , evrey time I have to repeat my complaint , and sweetspeaking parrots from AIRTEL were telling me " sir you will get feedback in 72 Hrs. from our service dept."
                        After obesrving such shocking experience , AIRTEL gave me another shock by giving me BILL FOR services which they have never provided to me . Though I have paid it through my credit.
                        AIRTEL will be losing it's image day by day .

                        I have recently relocated to Pune and got a new Airtel postpaid connection through the agent who came to my company (IBM) for corporate connection.
                        The agent had promised me an activation time of 4 hours and it took almost 24 hours for activation.
                        But the real trouble came after that. The signal strength is extremely weak at most places. I cannot talk for more than 5 minutes continuously. If I take a call in my car while traveling to office from Aundh to Hinjewadi, the call gets dropped every 4-5 minutes. I never get the signal in my office- situated in the supposed to be IT hub of Pune - Hinjewadi Phase 2. And most of the times even when the network coverage is there while you make call it says "Network Busy".
                        I never get the signal at my home - in Aundh. Why do they come for corporate connection to the company when they know about the signal quality at the building? The customer support executives never attend to your queries well. You never get to talk to them.

                        Poor network - call drop every 5 minutes - poor service quality - poor support- Pathetic experience I had with Airtel

                        I have had a prepaid connection of Airtel. But it has really been a headache to me. My connection does not work for more than 4.18 - 4.26 minutes, it gets disconnected. But I am being charged Rs.1.50 / STD call & Re.1.00 / Local call. Whenever the call gets disconnected in 1, 2, 3... minutes, immediately it jumps to 1 second more and my amount for 1 minute gets deducted. Besides when I'm inside my residential premises, it is a great moment to cheer if I can get a signal. Airtel has a very week signal strength. It is a lifetime card & I have paid an hefty amount of Rs. 499.00 to get this no. Now I feel cheated. Really Airtel is a company of frauds. But in India there is no justice, these big corporates know how to rob citizens and play with Indian laws. They pay hefty amonts to their law departments which ofcourse needless to say, is our own money & being used against us. Besides our ministers are provided some good under table amounts from these corporates so that the laws are framed to their convenience.

                        I have heard somewhere that initially around 8-9 years back this Airtel company had gone bankrupt. It seems now they are trying to make their customers go bankrupt.

                        The worst CustomerCare & telecom service I ever experienced is of airtel pune. The support from callcenter executives of airtel is pathetic. when asked to be patient while talking the person asked me to behave properly not only that he asked me--"do I speak like this in my home". I was provoked to use abusive language. he even told me his name, "Bhaskar", and told "jo karte bane kar le". Even I dont know whether he told his original name or fake. If any action would have been taken against this I would have been very happy.
                        Not only support but their services are also worst. numerous cross connection, false /hidden informations, bad services are all part of airtel services.
                        But still I have no choice but to use this connection only, else I have to give information to too many places about my new no. which is too tough for me in such a busy schedule. Might be this is a major reason why many people are still hanging with airtel.

                        Airtel connectivity in Pune is very very poor and weak. More than half of the time the phone will show "Emergency calls only" even if you are within the heart of the city. I recently moved to Pune and took airtel connection and from day one I had pathetic experience with Airtel. Nor can you make calls and nor can you attend calls cause more than half of the time connection is not there and more over when there is connection the moment you receive a call or make a call within 30 secs the call will go blank and automatically the call will get disconnected and after that to call back is a real pain... I would suggest please do not take Airtel connection in Pune.

The amount paid receipt no - 6130. amount 84/- ( eighty four only), second one with receipt no 2846.amount 120/- ( one hundred & twenty only) dated 06/05/09. after this i was informed that the new sim card will be activated after 48 hrs. till date this card is not activated. I tried your customer care 121, the kalyani nagar centre people but not without any output. Today i have received a bill of 92.41 what is all this.                         I'm facing a problem from the 1 month but this problem is still not resolved.
                        My number is [protected]. Mine is friends card and I"m added in the group whose group owner is having number([protected]). When I'm calling on this number from my number, 1 rs is cutting instead of 0.10 paise.
                        And, your executives are telling that my no is not added in any group. So, wen I try to include my no in the group created by my friend, I get the message that my number is added in the group.

                        I have written so many mails and I have called your Customer Care so many times that they have blocked my number and I can't call them now.
                        I'm trying to make your executives understand but they are not understanding the problem clearly.
                        Is this the service that you are providing to your customers?

Escalated the issue several times, off course has some voice conversations recorded at my end. Well not threatening you that I will go the consumer forum with the weapon in my hands. Might be my escalation is a feather which can be easily neglected.

                        Seems that your company had boosted its growth to 2625 Million $ with a growth rate of almost 17%(please correct me if I am wrong). Financially your company is moving with a greater pace thanks to all those customers who had faith in you and I was one among them.

                        Well this is with regards to my complaint for poor signals at my residence and was escalated the issue more than 2 years ago. I don’t feel that it’s a challenge for you to rectify that when compared to your acquisitions of various companies into the folder of yours. Nether I have words nor I have patience to describe how painful were the days on behalf of my escalations since 2 years.
                        Now how could the situation is so painful to you when I neglect your bill for just 4 months? Not 4 years!!!. The reaction from your end is so drastic to cancel my incoming and outgoing calls.

                        Sir today (5/09/2010) when I called up your CC executive he says that the concern Dept is working on that and will be rectified soon (For 2 years, and your team is still finding a solution to resolve it?) but off course he is patient enough to listen to me. We the customers are frightened to call to your help lines as we are charged to express our grievances (0.50paise per 3 minutes). So definitely your complaints are zero indeed.

                        Well sir picking up the thread from where I left, till date I was a prompt payer of your bills, Never expected discounts and will neither expect in the future too, I am loyal to your brand but now feel that I was in an Illusion that I had purchased Asia’s trusted brand.

                          I m using prepaid airtel internet connection Through GPRS (Mobile) last 3 months. But speed is very slow, as per commitement of airtel customer care. They insure me i get 68-128 kbps speed through mobile GPRS. But now a days i m very fedup withe very slow speed of internet. What can i do Please give me suggestion.

                          my mobile no is [protected] i had activated 3g gprs on my mobile 100 mb free for 100 rupees rental was activated on 05/04/11 and same was deactivated on 10/04/11, when i saw that my unbilled amount was increasing daily on 300 rs basis i had spoken to customercare executive, and i got the feedback it will get minus when bill get generated, but i received the bill with gprs charged of Rs-1256, while in that 4 days period my uses wa only 38 mb, but why my bill comes like that,

                            every month Rs. 249 is deducted for GPRS service while I have not activated the same. In november,2007 I got a sms that ur gprs service has been deactived. However, in december, 2007 the same amount is deducted and now my account does not show the balance. I can niether make call to customer care due to negative balance not send sms to customer service. this is very bad for bihar airtel service. kindly take an immediate action please because since february, 2007, my balance is deducted for the same but customer care doesn't respond properly. He always says that this service has been activated on your mobile on your request which is wrong. please take immediate action to refund my balance and to deactive gprs service.

                              Executive of Airtel Mr. Santosh Kumar (Code 29648) took the booking on 22.9.07 for installation of telephone with broadband facility for which the payment was also made. committments were made regarding internal wiring and installation within 4 days. Representations were made for various benefits being given because of Bulk installation being provided in the MD block of Pitampura. However since then the phone has not been installed. Repeated phone calls were made on the tel no. [protected] of Mr. Santosh but he remained unavailable. None has approched so far for installation. This has caused immense harassment and also amounts to cheating. The defeciency in services to the consumer is apparant for which legal action is being taken.

                                this in regards to the TRAI mandate that the phone service provider i.e,(airtel) cant continue to charge the clip charges without the consent of the consumer and its not a mandate for them to get this charged from a consumer,
                                everyday i get 2-3 messages to accept the clip charges and this is frustrating

                                  I have Airtel connection and have Rs.6000/- as deposit with them. I requested them to activate call conference facility for my business needs but they say they cannot since i have ISD facility.
                                  I really cant understans what is the connection between two. They should provide the services on payment moreover call conference is provided by other service providers free of cost.

                                  There are ways in which one can save ISD bills. ISD International Gateways cREALLY Costs Companes Real Money So if you conference d call with some international person Airtel is in lose with one perpective ISD person ( your Conference caller ) clearly violating TRAI regulation of diverting ISD Calls

                                  Airtel is right in its own way; Since Every Mobile Company gonna Do the same thing ; At least in Semitransparent Tel cos and Govt policy implementations.

                                  Its disgusting to know that Airtel charges for Call Conference Facility, though we will be charged for all outgoing calls as per the plan while during conferencing and also our handset supports for the same, then I dont understand as to why it is being charged just to give access to call other nos. while we are already on a call with, no other service providers charge for this facility I believe.
                                  Airtel Charging for Conference Facility is ridiculous. Infact I believe if they provide Conference call facility for free than they might be able to increase their avg. revenue per user (ARPU) given that the customer would be induced to call more people leading to additional call revenues for the same min in use .

                                  I think they should give the facility to all customers for free for atleast 3 months and see the statistics for themselves.

                                  Also i believe if a Service provider wants they can easily restrict the usage of Conference call facility to Local/Indian numbers only as everything is system driven. Hence not affecting TRAI regulations.

                                  Just waiting for the day when TRAI allows the Number Portability option. I will surely move to another service provider. Airtel dissappoints in most aspects.

                                    Please note that on 19th Dec 2007 I received 150 SMS on my mobile No-[protected] regarding downloading from airtellive,though I had not download single item. During this I was using portfolio manager on my mobile. I immediately complain three times on 121 regarding above matter and get request no also.I request for cancellation for wrong downloading charge at Ahmedabad Lobby at Ashran roadon 12th Dec2007. Again Similary problem observed on 17th Dec. I again visit Air tel lobby at Ashram road and meet Mr. Ridham for cancellation of download chages. I also email four times at [protected]@airtelindia.com ragarding above matter but they are not considering my request. They are not giving point wise clarification which I required. Please also give guidance on How I can prove that I have not download. You can also see my previous bills for my usage record. I had never visit airetel live for download.Please do needful at your end. Such a Big mobile company’s staff not responding proper.

                                    I am one of your oldest customer and my wife and self are travelling to Thailand on 19th and will return back to india on 20th jan night.

                                    My mobile has international roaming, but my wife's mobile you need to activate for 3 days and then disconnect.



                                    Since i am your customer for so many years and i got sim card for my wife based on my number, i request to accede all the privileges to my wife's number so that we can enjoy benefits of both the numbers.



                                    my wife's mobile number [protected] and you can call on me so that i can finalise this immediately.



                                    I called your help desk [protected] and they had informed me to pay deposit of Rs. 3500 and then connect for 2days. I am not having positive reply for this kind of 2 days connection paying a deposit.



                                    As a priveleged customer, my wife is also entitled to all the benefits as mine as it happens in any business.



                                    Your call centre was very reluctant and more over negative, they are not giving a chance or opportunity to escalate and bring to the notice of top management and then live to them to decide.





                                    I have been customer before Airtel bought over from JTM hence i am requesting you to give access for two days for my wife's number [protected] at the earliest. I need from 19th jan to 20th Jan only for two days as we are in thailand.



                                    I hope you will work out positive module for the above request.

                                    I wish to bring to your notice the total careless attitude and disregard for the customer by your customer care executives calling from Mumbai. They have constantly been harassing us for payment of bills which they have not generated and sent, and have threatened to cut the line today by COB in case we do not pay. They cannot pronounce the company's name properly, or the persons name, and they dont want to listen to the customer and dont want tp take responsibility that the problem is from their end.
                                    Airtel makes the customer feel like an . Please train your people in the art of talking to customers getting their names correct, with etiquette and courtsey rather than issue ultimatums. the telephone line nu that they are threatening to cut off is[protected]. Why should we suffer for their lack of responsibility and the fact that we have paid our bills on time always. Would appreciate a look into this matter and certain respect to be shown to the users.

                                      I have done easy recharge of Rs 299/- on 18/11/07 for use of Airtel GPRS facility. My cell no is [protected]. I have contacted many times the customer care ,and given a complain no.[protected] on dated 21/11/07. After that followed many times but invain. Again on 16/12/07 ,I sent a sms in 121 for non resole of my problem. On 17/12/07 a got a sms stating the problem to be resolved by 18/12/07. But till date the problem is pending unresolved. Pl. help me out.
