my airtel postpaid bills no-9902072040

dear sir,
since 3 months i have not recived my bills[[protected]] requesting to send all these bills and in future to my mail id and it is very urgent because i need to claim other wise money will go from my pocket .

No Customer Care Option in Hindi

I am using AIRTEL Prepaid in Delhi. On dailling 121 or [protected], and choosing language option Hindi, the next menu does not mention Customer Care option, and on pressing 9 (for talking to customer care) the automated message says that it is not a valid selection.

What a pity that Airtel overlooks this crucial point!...

I am the customer of airtel prepaid ,having the No.[protected].
From my balance Rs. 30/- is being deducted since last two months ,Why ? From your service centers phones are comming for hallo tunes even after I refuced ,delibratly they are providing the services .I dont want any hallo tunes .If this will continue I will have to go for customer forum .

delay in activation of SIM card

I purchased a duplicate SIM card from ARC Ghatkopar on 6 December 2007 on losing earlier one. I was promised to get it activated within 3 hours and now after making lot of false promises, it is told that due to "technical problem" it will be activated on 17 December 2007! The staffers blatantly lie and they do not know correct information or they do not wan't to tell to customers. The approach towards customers is very casual....

I have opted for the Bill Plan "Prepaid 399" from your Channel Partner Mr. Sanjeev on 11 Dec 2007. VSAT connection 512 kbps

Our VSAT connection is not at all working, several times complaint but engineers are unable to rectify the problems and unnecessary we are paying the bills from last few months. Poor service and unsatisfactory asnwers from the customer care side. Willing to disconnect and needs claim(refund)....

False commitments by the Airtel customer care executives!

Hi,

This is sreenivasula Reddy. My mobile no: [protected]

First i took prepaid conection with 1 year incoming facility option, After one day i was changed to Prepaid with 149 amount connection. For that i submitted two times address proof in which first time i submitted water bill and power bill and the second time i submitted My PASSPROT.

But Why you are suspended my services still it is...

Deceptive subscription of tune!

Sir,

I am using ur product like Nokia5200, I am facing frequently the power on/off problem, for the first time problem I have repaired such type of problem from Nokia care Baddi
For the second time I am facing the same problem. My mobile is permanently switched off.

So u please exchange the mobile set & give me a new set. Other wise I have to go to the consumer court.

Issue with the Airtel Representative from whom I procured a Sim card

myself as Narasimha Gaonkar currently working at Firstsource Solutions Limited, I have an issue with the Airtel Representative from whom I procured a Sim card by submitting all the required documents and a fee for Rs 500/-

Unable to make outgoing calls

i am user of air tel bharti in my home there are four airtel mobile connections . Fron the last two months the service is going very poor as when we want to connect to another mobile number or landline number it dispalys connection error . range is also poor in our area as tower is just near our home .. plz dont ignore this messege otherwise i will disconnect my all numbers and will apply for idea or vodafone ......

How unfortunate, airtel customer care is even worst than its managers .Actually it shows how its managers are in that company .

Sorry to be a part of this .When you cannot keep up your word why do you generate a mail .Don’t Take your customer for a ride .You will ride with no one in this country if this attitude goes on .

excessive bill

airtel charged me excessive for a thing that I have not used, WAP / GPRS they bill be Rs.872 for this and they would not agree their mistake, I was using this service earlier but had stopped using it for a long and had also deleted the access setting from my mobile cos of my previous bad experiences, but they claim that I downloaded stuffs worth so much of rupees, and people I would suggest you not to take any airtel postpaid connections,...

Non issuance of payment receipt

Airtel offices have refused to give receipt against payments deposited at their counter. Even if the payment is given in cash, no receipt is given. Customers have no proof with them if they have paid cash payment. Counter staff may not register payment having received against your bill and you need to prove if you have paid any cash to counter staff. Since you are not given any receipt, you cannot claim re-imbursement from your office for...
