[Resolved]  Airtel — yahoo and hotmail not working

yahoo mail and hotmail are not working properly, for example files not downloading and files are not uploading.please rectify the problem.

I had Appliesd for Converting Pre Paid to Post paid on 04-Apr-10 & for Verification they had arrived on 11-Apr-10 but till date my SIM had not activated
