PORTING OUT FROM "RIL TO AIRTEL"
On 10.11.11 I submitted my KYC documents to " NEXGEN TELEKOM, 81, M.B. Road, Mahajati Nagar, Birati, Kolkata 700051 (Mob: [protected])" for porting out mobile no. [protected](RIL) to Airtel. A fee of Rs. 19.00 was charged. After a long run and several call to customer care I got it activated on 17.11.11. My mobile was not inactive for 2 days after switching over from RIL to Airtel i.e 16th and 17 th of November. On 23.11.11 I got sms from customer care to submit documents, where as it was already submitted at the time of my application. I immediately contacted dealer, who in turn said to ignore the message as it was already submitted. He didn't bother to get it confirm from customer care about the reason. On 24.11.11 I got one more sms for its dis connection and then rushed once again to the dealer. Who told to submit documents as per new KYC and TRAI guidelines and to submit it to Airtel shop, which I denied? Thereafter, after a long useless discussion, he told to come on 25.11.11 at 7.30 p.m for re-submission of documents as the form of application was not available. Now see the fun, since beginning I am moving heather and thither but dealer as well as customer care did not bother. When I have already submitted my papers as per satisfaction of the dealer and that too has not been returned to me then how by sending a sms it was disconnected? Further, how the dealer tries to make me fool by telling different stories. My loss is not only mental but physical and financial too and is more costly. Really it was very humiliating experience with Airtel. Why I will move time to time to the dealer to listen his useless talking and humiliating statements. is there any binding for these dealers. Kindly contact me over the given mobile no. as also talk to the dealer to resolve it. Please note the mobile is not activated from 24.11.11 and I am suffering a huge loss.
I had submitted following documents:
(i) Xerox of PAN card.
(ii) Xerox of Ration card.
(iii) One copy photograph duly signed.
I also saw the signature given on my photograph on the application i.e on OMR form S.No.08880197. At first one signature was given by me on lower portion of the photograph. Thereafter, the dealer told to put the signature in such a way that it should be half on application form and half on photograph. So again i had to put one more signature. Now it was reported to me that due to double signature it was rejected Although the 2nd signature is not on face. If this is the the reason for rejection of my application then sorry to say it was not correct and for the reason I have to face a lot and you too have to take lot of trouble. I have to spent whole day today by sending you number of mails or by contacting you all over telephone. The way it was scrutinized as also told to me for 2nd signature by the dealer is really creating lot of dissatisfaction to me and you should answer the reason for my harassment.
However, thank you for activating the same today at 6.30 pm but I am still not satisfied unless I come to know why due the negligence of other I had to suffer.hope any of you will take up the matter to answer my question. Really it was unbearable suffering for two days and I hope this should be escalated to top level.

Airtel — landline not working since 28/03/2012

Just so anyone sensible and responsible for QA of Airtel knows, I thought to share my feedback. We have 5 phone lines and broadband in our office being your corporate client in Sec-63, Noida. For the past 22 days, one of my direct phone line dead[protected].
In this regard, we called the local Support Guy, Ompal : [protected] and he said he will fix, later said he will come and he never came and now stopped picking phone calls.
We have called CC 18 + times, all records are there in form of ref numbers : 19853410, 19986274, 20174244, 20505894 and many more... Nothing happened yet, no one ever came to visit and see why the line is dead and fix it.
We have even emailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com too 5-6 times and they also not able to get this fixed and the worst thing is "reply came, Technician visited and said nothing wrong"... No one ever came here and so how could this answer.

I am feeling like i am dealing with one of the worst ever service provider in the world so far and my trust level in your service is below ZERO now...
Not sure where Airtel is heading these days and one day i am sure if the company gives that kind of pain to its customers and such a poor service, You will suffer a lot.
Do you not think the value of our time and business, we are a corporate client and due to your poor service, imagine the business loss we are having? Should i claim this on Airtel now???
Pls let me know the resolution and also we never ever had a way to approach to any Nodal Officer directly for complaint & Suggestions???

Hello, I am Satish Gurram, My complaint number logged with broadband customer care is 25329042.
Airtel Broadband sales representatives are doing a fraud business, if the broadband plan is 1100 the sales person have collected 1600 from me and due to no feasibility for providing the connection to my home then I requested for refund of amount.
I got only 1100 refund then i called many times to customer care but no correct response.
My question is who is responsible for another 500. i have escalated and i have given the sales person name and number but no action and resolution for this.
please resolve my issue and instruct your sales persons not to do these type of fraud things.

i have brought 3G internet plan connection from airtel executive. last 16th January 2013. n today is 29th still my internet connection is not activated. and m regularly following with Mr. Javed Qureshi (PACE Cellulars) Mira Road (E) and his mobile number is [protected]. and this person have no manners to talk to customers. i have been submitted my documents n i have been paid for the same for Rs. 1000/- then also nobody is coming from there side to verification. not giving any good treatment.

one of Airtel dealer (promo solutions) Mr.sameer his Phone no.[protected] collect Rs.300/- for mobile Portability of post paid Tata indicom to Postpaid Airtel last week of December-2012 and done address verification all is ok but till now no response from airtel and after few days of my complaint to airtel customer care .one lady called me and said she will resolve the complaint but she also left me in middle without solving my problem. The major problem is no airtel employee comes direct contact with customer because Airtel employees feels that the customer may shout and abuse them they know that they are doing fraud thru dealers. and Airtel company never allows direct customer relationship
For fraud business this type of Management is common one day or other they will face wrath of people only by advertisement and show off etc., you cannot gain trust of customers.
By collecting money from each customer saying that they are from Airtel and showing id card of Airtel logo and leaving the customers at their own risk . even after complaint no response from Airtel office clearly show you encourage fraud . if you collect at least day Rs300/- from 100 person is Rs.30000/- from one dealer by using fake promises then so on collection money goes lakhs & cores it is a cheating a customer and 420 case. for that principle employer is responsible it is mandatory to monitor your dealer if not that consequence has to bear by Airtel.
I hope at least now you will consider the complaint and solve the issue and The Airtel Management please keep in your mind that law always take its own course of time to catch the criminals I have already filed online consumer court complaint . today you may not feel the heat but tomorrow you will the fire that is the Law of our country.
As per my experience I felt that Airtel is cheated me and I filed a complaint on Airtel on cheating and 420 case because as per the above incident it is very clear that the said Act is a 420 .
Higher Management not only concentrate on business promotions but on these type of issues so that company prosper well.

I have applied for a new airtel landline/boradband on 24/05/2013 and i was allotted a number[protected] after choosing for half an hour with the airtel executive [protected]. Next day wiring was done but no activation. coming few days I tried hard to contact the executive but there was no response and i started sending mail to the backend team . They said due to techinal problems the installation cannot be done. on 31/05/2013 a so called engineer came to install a new number 45057256 and assured me that he will change the number to previous 45624552. But still he was not able to configure D-link n 300 adsl2.
today on 1/06/2013 i called customer care [protected] and the guy transferred the call to supervisor. this person started telling me that premium no cost 1 lakh 10 lakh only imp person can take it...n so so...even he didnt tell me his name after i insisted he told Ashok really i need to complain abt this guy also to SENIOR AIRTEL MANAGER time of converstation 11:45-12:15 01/06/2013. He even told me that i have given the request to close 45624552 and issue new number.
Now pls help me save the dignity of airtel.

We, Yogeshwari Motors, Indore land line No:[protected] were customer of air tel for last 08 years also in the family itself we are holding more than 10 mobile numbers of air tel. We had requested for disconnection of the said land line number with adjustment of our advance deposits in last bill, firstly through telephone on 07.01.13 and secondly on 20.01.13 by hard copy which was accepted and the land line no. was disconnected. In this connection We received SMS ON 28.01.13 with reference no[protected] with a request that " We will revert to you on 14.03.13"
On 3rd June 2013 We got a phone call from [protected] some Mr. R.S. Shekhawat had called saying that he is some senior police official & advocate Mr. Rohan Khanna with him & one warrant has been issued in our name for recovery of Rs.1475/- and if not paid within next 30 minutes it will be executed.
We paid the said amount same day at Advance Enterprises, 10-C, Ratlam Kothi INDORE in payment ID no[protected] vide M.R. No-JUN84095 dt.-03.06.2013.
Now the point 1. is that the customer who had been paying regular monthly bill of approx. Rs.1100/- per month since last 08 years would not have paid Rs.1475/- if you had asked at the time of disconnection only and if air tel wants us to pay the last bill than what about our advance deposits ?
2. Have air tel had hired such police officers and advocates for recovery from such a loyal customer ?
3. Is this an crime to ask for adjustment of advance against bills that a warrant should be issued for this and if the last bill was not paid, it was only after assurance of adjustment of advance deposit in last bill.
If this is a way of customer relationship in air tel than please tell us why one should be loyal to you ? Not that we could not reply to this act but if air tel has lost the customer gesture and forgot their commitment why we should cross our line of ethics ? Matter is not of Rs.1475/- but of the way it was recovered. and please tell us why we should not take this act seriously as it has disgusted us in totality?

This issue is regarding my bill that your campany people has activated a plan on [protected] without my permission and calling us to pay the bill. If i ask them the details regarding my bill they dont give me a proper response. They use to talk with us in so rude manner. When i said them I am going to put case about this issue... they were saying "that they dont even care about that all matters.We had called so many times to ask about the bill but they were not giving any responds to us. I got so worst experience and I am not going to advice anyone to take this service.I got mentally harrased by this service. Please assure me about this bill otherwise i will take a legal action against your service.

I am a sick customer of your Airtel Landline and my no is [protected] .
My problem is that i have applied for new landline and broandband connection on 9th Nov, 2013 and from your side executive collect the document and also the payment. But now is 30th Nov, 2013. almost going on 22 days. And not activate the New connection. I have called your call centre hundred of times and no body took any action .I tried to escalate this matter to next level but everytime I get the response senior member is busy or some vague answer .. i have total 100 connection of Airtel because that is the corporate connection now i have only one option that we search the new company for new connection and portal all the connection.
I request to take a serious action again this problem.

Airtel is betrayed with customer holding the failed transaction money. Although you will not get back those money still after complaining to cutomer care several time. When I posted the matter on Facebook someone called me from airtel customer care and asking to share my bank A/c i.e credit card's all transcation statement of last month . I refuse and when I suggest to provide me the transaction id from Airtel to my back, He hesitated aNd unable to do so.
This company providing highly customer dissatisfaction through it's customer service. I have to complain to consumer forum for 255 rupees!!!
