Applied for a broad band connection during the Month August 2012 by paying Rs. 1750/- in advance. Connection not installed no instruments provided with the plea that Rs. 1200/- is pending since 2011 hence pay Rs. 1200/- and we will go for new connection.
Facts: During the year 2010-11 I was using broad band connection of Airtel. Service line was hanging and got damaged daily. I complaint regularly to the Airtel. They make temporary arragements any finally this service line damaged permanently for a period of three month. System generated bill they never forget to send overlooking regular complaints by me.
During the month Feb'2011 Airtel negotiated with me that you deposit Rs. 1200/- as one time settlement, though you have not enjoyed the internet services due to damaged line, we have also checked zero usages on your number. I received repeated calls and finally I agreed to pay Rs. 1200/- in the form of donation to Airtel. Airtel sent their representative for collection of amount mutually agreed as one time settlement with the condition that within 24 hours your internet connection will be OK.
I paid Rs. 1200/- vide receipt no. 5487468 dated 08.02.2011 against phone no.[protected] and account no. 15739866.
After a lapse of 48 hours instead of reinstating services they ask for Rs. 64/- more balance. I told them that as per telephonic negotiations I have already given Rs. 1200/- to your representative, how this 64/- remained again. I refused to pay by saying that you give me in writing instead of telephonic conversation. They disconnect the phone by saying that you will never get the services.
