Airtel — Confirmation/Receipt Not provided and installation not yet done

I have booked the Airtel DTH HD setup box. I made the payment through online. The money got deducted from my account but i neither receive any confirmation nor any calls to confirm the payment. So I called the Customer care to ask for details they are not telling any details. They told that within 48 hrs from payment they will install the set up box. Its almost more than 35hrs they have not given me any confirmation and dint reply my calls.
