Air Subcription from Airtel.
Airtel is the VERY WORST in Customer Care Service.
After making a repeated complaint to customer care officers, i have finally make a complaint thru mail.
I have been chareged Rs.5/- per day from Airtel in daily without my consensus from 54321 with the following messege " Air subscription service from Airtel for FHM Video.Rs.5/-charged from your account"
We have a 29 connections with Airtel network. If the problem persists, we will change our network from Airtel immediately.
My repeated complaint request reference number and date as follows:

[protected] - 11.11.2009
[protected] - 17.11.2009

Some times before i activated my gprs 89 pack bt it's deactivated. When i asked customer care he said retailer take back the amt as wrong recharge... Bt he is my brother... N finally they don't activate my gprs... It's highly irresponsible by the bledy customer care... My cell number is [protected]

wat service r u providing..such I cant except from your callcentre as, your employee Mangesh...not fit for the job...he not able to understand what I am saying...such a poor listener advertising a huge & 1 of my favourit brand Airtel...
