[Resolved] Airtel — Change of address

Hi

My name is Garima Manchanda.Presently I have a broadband connection from airtel for Rs.999 plan. I have been a loyal customer to the the company as I am paying the bills regularly without any distruption. Recntly I have shifted my house and it is within the same area. We have called AIrtel Customer Service 100 times to request the activation of the broadband connection.Wiring has already been done at our house and no engineer is coming to activate the connection.Its been more than 15 days now that we have shifted the house. We have got N number of compliant numbers like: 39773888. We are really disheartened with the service provided as we have requested so many times to the customer service for Broadband connection. We have always been promised that the engineer will be coming within one day or two days and still we are with no Television connection, no internet connectiona and no landline connection. We have talked with various supervisors at the customer service viz. Anwar, Tanveer, Rupesh , Jitender Patel(emp id: 544765) etc. We have decided to go into the customer court with this complaint number and all these names as we are really humilated by Airtel. Please note our complaint and this is the last and final complaint which we are making.Kindly pay attention to our comaplint and the latest complaint number provided to us is: 39838530.

I am 9 yrs old Airtel customer.I opted new connection [protected](Post Paid).I had submitted the id proof of my DL which contains my old address.Currently I have shifted from that place.Kindly change my new address so that I may use same number .I had madeRs300 payment of activation for same.
