Airtel — FRAUDULENT BY DISTRIBUTOR AND NO RESPONSE BY THE TERRITORY MANAGER OR AREA MANAGER
SIR,I'm a retailer in the NILIGIRI's from the past 4 years..last year the company had called out activation of their Rs.49/-,Rs.99/- (starter packs),Rs.330/- &Rs.550/-(paper coupons)..we had to return the existing stock to the distributor then which i had done(amount app.Rs11000/-)..now it has been a year and more since returning of the coupons and the sim cards whereas i had not been repayed back in cash nor in coupons..on asking the distributor, territory manager and area manager the only answer i get is tomorrow..tomorrow...tomorrow...and tomorrow..the territory manager here dosen't even pick up my phone..i think there is some fraudent happening..i had launched a complaint to the nodal officer too..i have not got any response yet..below mentioned are the names and number's of the authorities..i request u to kindly help me get back my money as i have decided to stop sales of such fraudent companies..kindly do te needful and oblige..my number is [protected]

sir, i am a retialer of south kodagu .activation done at month of dec has been bar that means only out going call all incoming calls are ok . but if i call custumer care executive tthey are not responing even i called area manger & zonal manger mr. faisal they could not solve my problem. being a retailer i am facing more problem

we have long on my complain against complain no 3605540 dt 19.08.2010 to airtel DTH Customer care service but after 6 days 25.08.2010 till date they have not attended the service coll vaery day we call costomer care & they give me new complain no new time comitment for this coll, airtel DTH service is bedest service in DTH 100% agree with the complaint. airtel digi people are very good at giving false commitment. i have suffered for more than 10 day, had word with more than 10 customer care agents, more than 05 staffs from esc. dept. and more than 03 nodal officers. and got nothing but pain at the end
It seems to be airtel has earned a lot from all it'd products(cellular service, DTH..etc), Now they have forget what is called customer service. airtel management should know about Six-sigma, Quality. It's high time for airtel to know about customer service.

my nearest airtel dealer is taking 150 rupees for duplicate copy of sim .and authorized charges for duplicate copy of sim is 30 rupees declared by airtel company. so please take actions against dealermy mobile number is [protected]

No response on customer care when called up four time and reply was that fault will be solved within few minutes. At last attempt it was told that it will take four hours. my id [protected] and transaction not taking place,

iam doing part time mobile pone business... inthe time of diwali isale more than 20 sim cards but the distributors frauded me the told me he gives claim for evry sim card for me but he wnt give for past 3 or 4 mths for all small retailers...
