I was a customer of Airtel digital tv customer no. [protected]. On 30 Sep some problem started coming in Set top box. On 04 Oct 2012 I made a complaint through [protected], got assurance for problem to be cleared within 24 hr. But even i 48 hr no one visited and no call was received. I confirmed about non redressel of complaint and was given again 24 hours. Same responce was repeated. I again did complaint 2-3 times, but responce remained same. Then I called nodal officer up UP region, and agan was given 24 hr. Like that I felt Airtel TV is not concerned about its customers, so I switched to other service. On 28 Oct I got a call from Airtel TV about the problem. I was surprised on so quick respponce. I want to advice people to keep away from such service provider. Was this information helpful? |
